Asking price... :) Other than that professionally filmed/commentary. Just missing some key bits of information. And I didn't hear//see any mention of an infinity pool, home gym,...private guest house...etc. :)

This is a nice design. Some of these multimillion dollar houses are way out of proportioned. in the bedrooms for example, you have the bed and night tables then 20 feet away you have a another piece of furniture. Not so with this house, the bedrooms and other rooms are nicely spaced. Its not trying to do too many styles. Too monochromatic for my taste, too much brown and tan. But its a lovely design overall.
