Same I just finished it and got this ending with street kid as backstory. I was originally going to play through again and see the others but I don't want to spoil it now since that was such a perfect ending lol. Nothing tops riding off into the sunset with Panam by your side.
I really enjoyed this ending. My V was a corpo, so I see it like a man who grew up in the slog of the corporate world, always trying to be on top. He gets a fresh start with Jackie but still pursues fame and power with the Afterlife. But when he meets Panam and the Aldecaldos, he realizes that all of the things he wanted didn't really matter and he finds freedom and family (something he's hardly ever had). Love that the last character choice is [Breathe free].
Same I guess this ending really works with any of the backstories. Street kid trying to make their way to the top to find out it wasn’t what they wanted/ nomad finding a new family
THIS! Not only did this connect to V but it connected to my own real life. That's why I shed a couple of tears at the end. I always remember that talk with Takemura about V looking at the sky for Stars but never seeing any.
I went full blown nomad. Went in to the city with high Hope's. Found it to be what it really was and went back home to the badlands with a new family. Felt best for me, just went off my natural decisions
Yeah this is totally the canon ending, fits perfectly with the theme of the game. I was lucky to get it on my first shot, haven't had a chance to see the others but from what i've heard they aren't the best lol
It fits with corpo too. In my head corpo V is sick of night city and all its bullshit. When he lost everything and was reborn as a merc with Jackie thats when V realized he'd wasted his life. With Jackie gone, Judy moved out of the city, Johnny with alt, and the rest of samurai doing all right. Corpo V was ready to leave and runaway with panam and live the rest of his/her life, free. Finally.
@@griffiththechad9483 I'm not sure they'll do "canon" endings, but if they did this is the only one that gives hope that V can find a way to live past the 6 months. It's definitely the one that gives the most hope for a sequel.
I'm glad you can hug her as male v if you romanced her. Makes it feel like the initial romance isn't just empty and forgotten. As well as the phone call she gives you in the credits being more romantic.
I must honestly admit, in many places some bugs and crashes made me despair, but the theme, i.e. living in a futuristic technological world, depicting the recognizable gap between rich and poor in such a setting, is remarkable. The encounters of the individual characters already built a social bond with me (Jackie, Evelyn). Excellent work of these guys. Really enjoyed the storyline and the characters
Best ending by far. Gives V a complete character arc from wherever you start from, and pairs you with probably the best written side character, and sets up the possibility for dlc and a map expansion with the nomads in Arizona
Post game DLC would be stupid. This isn't my ending. Don't just spawn DLC and destroy an entire aspect of your game (choice of ending), that would be stupid
@@morganwilliams2863 The postgame DLC in the witcher works for all endings except the one where geralt dies (nobody actually wants this ending) There's no way at all you could make postgame DLC that works for all the endings in cyberpunk. Even just think of Johnny vs V surviving, you can't canonize one of those
After Saul died I was seriously worried I got the bad ending. Seemed like everyone was dying and it was all my fault. As it went on though I got more and more married to it
Its kinda life cycle thing. Its the best ending but you sacrifice too much on the journey. Secret ending is nice(and most hardest one in gameplay) because you go alone and everyone lives. But it sucks because even when you romance Panam you are just some jerk who chases more fame even though you are king of Night City. This one is the best. But most people die along the way. Then again, never liked Saul so its not that bad lol
Playing as a Nomad, this ending just felt right. V leaving his clan after it faded in pieces, trying to make a new home out of Night City, only for that to go bad. It feels good that he was able to find a new family.
To anyone uncertain about this ending: The Nomads have some pretty kick ass contacts and access to insane resources. In the canon, it was the Nomads who supplied Johnny with the nuke that took out Arasaka Tower, the Nomads had stolen it from a corpo convoy and hired Johnny to attack Arasaka (in the RPG, anyways). I see a lot of people saying that if Arasaka couldn't save V then no one can, but the innovations the Nomads make can leave Arasaka wanting and are more advanced than Arasaka would give them credit for. It isn't improbable that they have something to save V's life.
Miltech in the messages didn't know how the nomads cloaking tech worked and wanted to find out how. They're far more advanced than initially expected to.
I feel like if all companies went to war and destroyed its self with their weapons the nomads are the only people gonna survive cause they are away from them and they adept from outside the city
Panam and Judy are easily my favorite characters. Panam is gorgeous and literally the definition of a strong woman without preaching to you. Judy (as a guy) was just a fantastic friend. As a lady? You could really feel the emotion. Bravo
I feel like this is the one ending where V actually survives. Panam talking about how her people have fixed up others in worse condition, and the tarot reading from misty makes it seem hopeful. I got this ending but with a romanced Judy which is even better than just panam imo. Judy had been wanting to leave night city but never found the courage or chance to. With this ending Judy and V can both get a brand new start, and you’re still part of the aldercados with panam as your friend
No, the only one where V survives is the Saka ending cuz as soon as soulkiller is used on V, he dies and an engram is created in his place. As long as V doesn’t accept Saka’s offer to become a engram, original V(not his copy or engram)survives for another six months.
@@Tonius126 He survives a least another 6 months here. But the Aldecaldos have conndction to a corp that works with nanotech. Theyve used it to heal people before. Its not unfeasible they manage to rewrite his geneitc code back to what its supposed to be using similar tech.
Literally came here after an analysis from a fortune teller that played this game. Apparently the cards that Misty got for you in this ending and the "legend of Night City" ending may hit at a possibility of V recovering and living on. Arasaka ending and its Tarrot cards on the other hand are hinting at Hanako actually having something with V being unable to be healed - she may be ordering her doctors not to heal him on purpose, or she even tries to get rid of him by doing so because he's dangerous.
Bruh, i had to change endings 3 times to get this one and be finally satisfied with it, until then i was crying like a little girl. Especially at Rogue ending and letting Johnny my body
@@danielluptak5466 really? I liked that ending. Yeah, Johny has the guilt of taking over v's body but overall Johny gets away from his chaotic nature and seems to be more selfless and at peace. He doesn't even care about the possible corporate war. He says he doesn't even kill anymore because he started to value life. Possibly because of losing so many close people.

I went into this game selecting the Corpo background with every intention of having a “ruthless” play through but meeting Panam changed that to where I felt at home with the Nomads and choose this ending without hesitation and I could not tell you the last time I felt this satisfied with a games ending. Such amazing payoff and credit to the writing and character development of Cyberpunk.
Just did this exact thing last night and I tell you, it was the most rewarding ending ever! I can't wait for expansions to (hopefully) continue the story.
I hope V's story will continue but I doubt it will. I think that's just the way CDPR is telling stories. Truth is never black or white but rather in between. And so is the ending: neither good nor bad as V will die within the next 6 months. Tbh, I never felt so attached to characters in a video game before so I would love to see a continuation.

It's my favorite ending to, my first and probably only on the other runs, didn't expect Panam to have such an impact on the story but i'm happy with it. Tho, not to be pessimist, but i don't think the tarot drew of Misty meant he could survive, even if the chariot is a good card for V at this point, event if the lovers could mean healing etc. You have the right to see what you wanna see in this interpretation but I think at this point in the story I see more that the drew mean "you've arrived where you had to go" more than "you're saved". After all we shall all die. Later than sooner hopefully, it's the simple but honest message I get out of this.

@@corvoattano4319 probably gonna be an expansion. But consider that in this ending, v is leaving night city with the mikoshi hardware and the blueprints to make a new chip. It stands to reason that all they need to do is put it back together, zap him and put him back in his own body, let the nanites do the same in reverse.
This ending was beautiful for me because my V was a nomad and so he went from losing his family after leaving the bakkers to finding a friend in Jackie and eventually Panam, and then when he learns he’s almost out of time, he finds the thing he was searching for most, Family.
On completing the Sun ending, Panam's words never felt truer. I was on my way solidifying myself as a legend of the City, biggest baddest merc in the freaking world. But what did that get me? I had no one, all of them they're either there out of respect or fear, i was their BOSS but i wasn't family and when i would die, i thought that i'll leave a mark on the world. Others did so before me, now they're names on the menu, seldom ordered. My best friend, his ambitions costed him his life, and i could see the pain in the eyes of people who loved him. Johnny was the biggest legend, thought he could change the world, but the fact that corps had already won, 2 thermonuclear charges later, Arasaka was stronger than ever....and Johnny lied in a ditch unmarked and forgotten. Whatever you do The City Always wins. From that point onwards i knew what i wanted. A feeling of belonging instead of the illusions of glory, bonds that mattered, a code to live and die by and when i am gone, a family to mourn me. Even if V dies in 6 months, he would be amongst people who he could finally call His OWN. To me it was evidently clear, the only mark worth leaving on the god forsaken world in 2077, was that of Belonging,Camaraderie and Love. To me the Star ending isn't the best ending...it is the ONLY ending.

Not only this ending feels right, leaving that damn city with your new family, but every friend left in NC is glad that V made it out, well exept for Goro
@benji Goro has the *Possibility* of not dying. It's a hidden choice like betraying Panam to Saul. If you listen to Johnny and just book it out the hideout he will die. If you tell Johnny to shove a sock in it and either double jump or run back upstairs to Goro he'll be defending himself from Saka'lites and is able to be saved.

This is the Canon ending for V in my opinion. Fits so well with whatever background you choose. Breathe Free V. & yes I cried a bit. Now it's time to scour the internet for some fan drawings of a V and Panam family lol
So glad I chose this path. Especially having picked nomad V, everything in the Panam story just felt so right and I got so invested in her and the gang - can't imagine any ending but this, though it still feels bittersweet. What an amazing story
The ending messages was a nice touch. Feels really heartwarming and satisfying if you complete all side questlines (Judy, Panam, Rogue, River). Then in the end, there's that message from Takemura (I saved him.) cursing me to rot in hell. XD (Sorry man. Our interest are no longer aligned.)
The best ending is definitely playing as Female V with the nomad ending as Judy joins you & Panam if you've romanced her, I adore both Panam & Judy leaving either one behind just isn't how I'd want my game to end.
@SolidVault Yeah but she's on her own again, the ending with Female V is she joins you & the nomads, that she's finally got a family & someone who cares a lot for her. That's a much better ending to the whole thing to me... Honestly I felt more concern for Judy than anyone else even more so than V, Judy is bae.
I got this ending on my second playthrough as an ex corpo, and I think is so satisfying, like a revenge story and making a 180° turn at the end living as a nomad.
I got so lucky with getting this ending on my first go. Thought I was sending the nomads to their death and something would happen to Panam, felt like it was all going to end badly. Riding off in the sunset with her was awesome, I don't want to go back and even see the other endings now might just watch them on youtube.
Just played the game for the first time and I thankfully got this ending, and after I finished, I had a look at other endings on UA-cam and I wouldn't have wanted it to end any differently. This seems to be the one ending where V has a chance of survival and a free life without being under the chains of Night City. Incredible game
This was my first ending with Street Kid V I feel like this was the perfect way to end a character like that. A guy who went through life believing that it was him agains the world finds peace with people who genuinely care about him and would sacrifice it all for him
Tbh I went for the nomad ending path immediately without hesitation, I didn’t really watch any vids about it. I just had a good feeling about em and slide with it, I did pick the Nomad backstory so I went nomad, with family, turns out I picked the right choice
Panam was such a great romance choice for V. Her coming into his life made him realize there’s more to life than having to prove himself to a city that spares no one.
Considering all the other endings are incredibly depressing, (with V either dying by suicide or suicide odds in his last heist or surrending himself to Johnny, this one sets the bar for being the best happy ending) wonder how the dlc's are gonna play out. If we keep resetting back to Nocturne or finally progress after Mikoshi But to leave for a fresh start, with either Judy or Panam, even if you only have a few months left, is heart-warming. Despite the buggy launch, story is a damn good one🥰
Shame they leave the ending on a kind of cliffhanger which most likely will never be followed up due to how many endings there are. If V keeps the body, Alt says that you only have 6 months to live, maybe more. Then Panam tells that she has connections in Arizona to people that can help, normally it would seem like mindless hope but after finishing the Peralez questline I have more hope since it clearly shows that an ordinary Corp is capable to edit someone's neurons. I hope that was purposefully added there to go on par with the ending and that in fact V can be helped in perhaps a short follow-up in another DLC. Whenever endings like that happened where the main character dies no matter what eventually I feel like I have been cheated and I truly hope that CDPR is cooking up some strong shit. Besides the Relic is a completely new tech so she might not even know wtf she's on about.
This ending fit with my female street kid V once meeting the Aldecados and getting to know them better getting close with Panam it reminded her of her past rolling with the gangs that would have her back and vice versa thinking of Panam as another real good friend like Jackie. Arasaka was never her problem the only thing that mattered to her was continuing to go about her life making it to the top as a mercenary so choosing to live in her body and leaving Night City with the nomads and Panam was a no brainer.

I dont think so because for me its actually one of the better ending cuz as mentioned around 4:50 mins in the video, Panam says that she'll fix V with her contacts and V has a high possibility of resolving his issue.

This was the best ending for my first character. Dude grew up on the streets of Night City and it took everything away from him. In the end, he was just sick of it and wanted to live out the rest of his days with the woman he loved
Fun little extra bit that wasnt in this vid. Panam sends you a txt earlier in game about how she secretly loves a japanese girl band song you helped kerry on a side mission make and in the seconds you start taking off after saying goodbye to night city, the song is playing in the car.
Too bad the story line was so short yet it took them 8 years to develop and Assassin’s creed Valhalla took 2 years and I’m 80hrs in and still am not done the main story line...

Well the way I see it, when you play a game like Witcher 3 or Valhalla, it only really asks you to play it once. Sure you got multiple outcomes for Witcher 3, but would you want to go over 200+ hours of game again? Cyberpunk with the many ways you can build your character offers more of a chance to play the game for multiple playthroughs, which could explain the average 30 hours game time.
First Ending i got with Street kid V and ngl I first had the boys for Judy cuz well everyone did and I was sad I couldn't romance her as male but then I met Panam. And God man if you asked me who do I love more Panam or Judy ngl it's a tie but I'd say Panam Not cuz I'm male V but like damn she had something that made me click and say "I love her" like fucking hell man I wish her romance scene was more romantic than what we got tbh but still Panam is by far my Cyberpunk waifu Judy is great but Panam actually made me feel LOTS for her
After Recently Playing This For The First Time Starting out On Nomad, ive never felt so connected to a character. Panam's Backstory and the missions you do with her were top teir while allowing good character development. Got this Ending on my first playthrough but now having watched the other endings and having this ending. I cant go back! Definitetly one of the best RPG Games ive played. As Well As The Best and Less Emotional Ending.
I finished this game earlier today with this same ending but on the nomad lifepath. This ending has so much meaning to it. I'll admit I almost cried when Johnny told V goodbye.
As a nomad male V, this was the only ending I ever played and I have no desire to ever get any other kind of ending. This was the perfect finish in my opinion.
I got this ending as Streetkid V. I feel like this was such a satisfying ending because after all what V went through in Night City like losing a great friend in Jackie and almost dying in that shit hole, this ending was just sooo good. He gets a beautiful, fierce, strong, loving woman that is Panam by his side and a new family in the Aldecaldos. V didn't have anything or anybody except a few good people like Misty, Vik, and Mama Wells in NC but other than that him leaving there and joining the Nomads was the best option for me. I'd like to believe him and Panam would get married and have kids in the future if they find a cure for him in Arizona.

From the arcana sequence that Misty drew, I can tell that V does in fact find a way to live longer than 6 months by building on his relationships with the nomads.
Just beat the game for the first time a couple months back and got this ending with street kid. Man. This game is nothing short of beautiful. To play it again for the first time..
as much as this scene means to me, i'm actually making the move and leaving all my "friends" behind and moving to the other side of the country. I'm terrified but feel i'm making the right decision in the long term. New location, new people, new job, new start... and i have to give it to cyberpunk for making me think "what if". rather than living forever in the same place. I did this ending but got a little bit different result Spoilers: My V screams right before the credit rolls in just like how he does when the relic hits him (could be a bug) I helped Judy leave nightcity and she looks much happier. When Rouge calls me she says "its on voice mail" + Talks about Johnny. I did fully Johnny story so got that result. I feel like V dies right before we get the call and all of them goes to voice mail. He also dies on the Crystal Palace ending so I think there is no happy ending for V maybe idk. Gotta wait for future DLC to clear things up.
That's just a bug. It's a sound file from when you're pulling yourself up to the mikoshi access point. Listen the calls, they take place in the future and one of them is Panam saying she's spe ding the night out on ops. V very much survives the ending credits.
He is not dead at that point. He just got separated from Panam and she goes to voice mail too. Nah, he has at least a few months to live. The voice mail stuff I guess is just so V don't have to answer to everyone of them.
"Begin again - but know when to let go." One of my favourite lines from Nev Vegas and it fits here perfectly as well. Letting go of Night City, of its lies and false promises and embrace the new family you found is truly the best ending for a cyberpunk.
I find this ending bittersweet, drammatic and beautiful. Cause V has found his love, but he is still dying. He understands it, and when he sais "Its perfect, were going home", he is just trying to cheer Panam up, cause she understands that too. That ending almost purified my soul for a moment.
Dlc or cyberpunk 2077 (part 2) would be perfect to continue on from leaving the city into arizona, tucson and having a 6 month time period in roaming around trying to find a cure while spending more time with panam and the nomads and having differnet gangs inside the futuristic city
It’s clear that in the expansion. V has to get a new body. Perhaps last 6 months your with Panama then transfer to a new body. Johnny takes your old and you have to start over again in the Multiplayer game
Don’t understand Mitches call he’s should know about us, where we are, our plans etc. As of this ending we are part of the family. We roll with Mitch and panam so I’m gonna guess that’s just a bug in in Continuity
Confused me at first too but I'm assuming he just means he's wondering what's next for V personally but I'd say they should just discuss that over some beers
It could mean that V (and potentially LI) go off to do whatever for an undetermined amount of time. If Mitch is speaking as if he’s on good terms with V, it’s probably just V venturing off to do whatever. They do perform “logistical” services after all.
Jackie made me genuinely cry when he fell, my immersion shattered when he handed me an invisible thumb drive but it was worth playing. I love this game
So you can only take Judy with you when you are Female V? Then it feels like the only good ending in the whole game is the Panam Ending as Female V with Judy romance.

This isn’t the best Judy ending for male V. It can play out where she leaves Night City earlier than you and repeatedly texts you about her travels and how happy she is now. Uploader must not have finished the side missions or something.
So, I'm just going to put this out there for the real fans of this game. This is all true and a real account. I grew up in New York City, lived here all my life, worked corporate security for a while then joined the military and came back to the city. Have been on a quest to be a "someone" for a long time now but my life took a turn for the spiritual in recent months, though I'm still living in NYC. Been wanting to get out of here for a while, but it's like the city has its hooks in you and doesn't want to let you go, like a toxic relationship. Haven't been able to breathe easy for a long time, least of all with PTSD. My first playthrough of this game which I just beat I played Corpo V and got this ending just the other day. Way I see it, its like the game mirrored my own life in many respects, too many to list here. Beating this game and getting this ending gave me the epiphany I needed to finally let go for good. I've been planning on relocating to the southwest for a while, to a similar environment the Aldecaldo's call home. Seeing my V ride out with the Aldecaldo's and Panam to seek a life of love and family over everything else finally gave me the courage to do the same. So, here's a real life Corpo V signing off and out of the rat race for good. Who would have thought some video game would have finally given me the push over the edge I needed, but then again, this was never JUST a game. I can't wait to finally have my *breathe free* moment. Never fade away, bros.

This ending has a lot of hints of the possibility of V surviving, not only with the tarot cards, but in the panzer tent in the epilogue you can find a shard on the table by Homer which long story short says that if you stay in the city you will have fame but you will die (night city legend ending) but if u return home to native land, you you will survive. When kn the panzer V tells panam “were going home”. A nice touch from the developers. Also in game in one of the first missions theres a radio station talking about a corp named biodyne that created a new drug that repairs neurons. I think V survives. But its just my deduction.
Just finished playing this masterpiece! In my story V was with corpo back story. When I had the last mission where V had to go and fight against Smasher I didnt pick Panam and picked Rogue instead. The reason was that I thought Panam can be killed and V would not ask her to go with him for such a risky mission. As a result I got an ending where V is a boss of afterlife and is alone, and then he has this Cosmos mission. And for me it also makes sense…just more sad than this ending with Panam. But everywhere there is a hope for better!
This is the one I got on my first playthrough and thank god it left me with a feel of satisfaction that I believe wouldn’t be matched by any other ending
I got this ending with street kid male v and relationship with panam honestly I love it more aswell with street kid because you lived your life in nightcity and well now your dying but you can finally leave with someone that you love and spending your final days with them also I'm pretty sure judy tagged along in leaving night city aswell
My first ending I let johnny take over and go with rogue. Then after arasaka, V decided to take his body back. It was an epic ending, but I was sad to find out that panam still leaves. But you wake up a legend and go to space as one final job. Then it ends, I loved that ending but this ending is definitely my favorite. Made me shed a few tears 😢.
Writers: Johnny will overwrite V and your body will become his. Alt: I used soulkiller on you because the body has now become Johnny's so youll only live about 6 months. Player: Okay so why wont V just overwrite Johnny and regain control of his body once more? Writers: Shut up thats why. Sorry, but the 6 months limit is contrived, poorly written garbage. If V has to become a construct and be inserted back into their own body they will simply regain control. The body CANNOT reject V just as V could not reject Johnny. Any attempt to claim otherwise is just trying to defend indefensible tryhard bittersweet trash. Its hardly surprising though as the already mixed quality of the game takes a nosedive in the underwhelming final act. Maybe like most of this game what we got was watered down compared to what CDPR plannned but totally failed to deliver.
But which one is the saddest one? I played 4 so far and all of them including the Panam ending where somewhat sad, considering what happened to Johnny in the latter one. The one which hit me the most so far was the extra short one.
It’s sounded like V died at the end. He said Oh shit then the game ended and credits started rolling. Then you had the messages from panem, Mitch, Judy, V’s friend Vic the first ripper doc, so it made it seem like he already died but died happy. Why else would he say Oh shit like that the same thing he would say whenever a bad attack would happen with the chip. In his head. And whenever he would pass out and bleed. It sounded exactly the same and they made you think he died because why else wouldn’t he pick up for panem?
This is the best ending because no matter what life path you choose, it always comes back full circle and I think that's beautiful. As a corpo, you lived in the corporate world, you've seen the greed and corruption and eventually you drop all the illusions and find something meaningful: a family. With streetkid, you grow up on the streets tryna make it big, through experience and hardships, and the mess that is Night City, you end up making it big, while not as a legend, but as a person. Nomad is the best one, you already have a family that you abandon, you come to Night City lost, you don't know the place, you don't know the people, just trying to make it to the next day, then one day a girl shows up and you end up back where you were, out in the desert with the family you once lost
This is the first ending I got with male nomad V. I feel like no other ending could top this one. What an amazing game.

Same I just finished it and got this ending with street kid as backstory. I was originally going to play through again and see the others but I don't want to spoil it now since that was such a perfect ending lol. Nothing tops riding off into the sunset with Panam by your side.

I think this ending hits with any male V i had corpo, and it just felt amazing going from a materialist elite to a humble nomad, it just hits man.
I really enjoyed this ending. My V was a corpo, so I see it like a man who grew up in the slog of the corporate world, always trying to be on top. He gets a fresh start with Jackie but still pursues fame and power with the Afterlife. But when he meets Panam and the Aldecaldos, he realizes that all of the things he wanted didn't really matter and he finds freedom and family (something he's hardly ever had). Love that the last character choice is [Breathe free].

THIS! Not only did this connect to V but it connected to my own real life. That's why I shed a couple of tears at the end. I always remember that talk with Takemura about V looking at the sky for Stars but never seeing any.
I went full blown nomad. Went in to the city with high Hope's. Found it to be what it really was and went back home to the badlands with a new family. Felt best for me, just went off my natural decisions

It fits with corpo too. In my head corpo V is sick of night city and all its bullshit. When he lost everything and was reborn as a merc with Jackie thats when V realized he'd wasted his life. With Jackie gone, Judy moved out of the city, Johnny with alt, and the rest of samurai doing all right. Corpo V was ready to leave and runaway with panam and live the rest of his/her life, free. Finally.
I feel it fits Street Kid more tbh. The outsider aspect adds a lot of weight to his induction.

I'm glad you can hug her as male v if you romanced her. Makes it feel like the initial romance isn't just empty and forgotten. As well as the phone call she gives you in the credits being more romantic.

I must honestly admit, in many places some bugs and crashes made me despair, but the theme, i.e. living in a futuristic technological world, depicting the recognizable gap between rich and poor in such a setting, is remarkable. The encounters of the individual characters already built a social bond with me (Jackie, Evelyn). Excellent work of these guys. Really enjoyed the storyline and the characters
Best ending by far. Gives V a complete character arc from wherever you start from, and pairs you with probably the best written side character, and sets up the possibility for dlc and a map expansion with the nomads in Arizona
I really hope they make a DLC that takes place in Arizona with Panem and the Aldecados

Its kinda life cycle thing. Its the best ending but you sacrifice too much on the journey. Secret ending is nice(and most hardest one in gameplay) because you go alone and everyone lives. But it sucks because even when you romance Panam you are just some jerk who chases more fame even though you are king of Night City. This one is the best. But most people die along the way. Then again, never liked Saul so its not that bad lol

Playing as a Nomad, this ending just felt right. V leaving his clan after it faded in pieces, trying to make a new home out of Night City, only for that to go bad. It feels good that he was able to find a new family.
Hopefully he finds a way to prolong his life.

To anyone uncertain about this ending: The Nomads have some pretty kick ass contacts and access to insane resources. In the canon, it was the Nomads who supplied Johnny with the nuke that took out Arasaka Tower, the Nomads had stolen it from a corpo convoy and hired Johnny to attack Arasaka (in the RPG, anyways). I see a lot of people saying that if Arasaka couldn't save V then no one can, but the innovations the Nomads make can leave Arasaka wanting and are more advanced than Arasaka would give them credit for. It isn't improbable that they have something to save V's life.
Miltech in the messages didn't know how the nomads cloaking tech worked and wanted to find out how. They're far more advanced than initially expected to.

Panam and Judy are easily my favorite characters. Panam is gorgeous and literally the definition of a strong woman without preaching to you. Judy (as a guy) was just a fantastic friend. As a lady? You could really feel the emotion. Bravo
I feel like this is the one ending where V actually survives. Panam talking about how her people have fixed up others in worse condition, and the tarot reading from misty makes it seem hopeful. I got this ending but with a romanced Judy which is even better than just panam imo. Judy had been wanting to leave night city but never found the courage or chance to. With this ending Judy and V can both get a brand new start, and you’re still part of the aldercados with panam as your friend

No, the only one where V survives is the Saka ending cuz as soon as soulkiller is used on V, he dies and an engram is created in his place. As long as V doesn’t accept Saka’s offer to become a engram, original V(not his copy or engram)survives for another six months.
@@Tonius126 He survives a least another 6 months here. But the Aldecaldos have conndction to a corp that works with nanotech. Theyve used it to heal people before. Its not unfeasible they manage to rewrite his geneitc code back to what its supposed to be using similar tech.
Literally came here after an analysis from a fortune teller that played this game. Apparently the cards that Misty got for you in this ending and the "legend of Night City" ending may hit at a possibility of V recovering and living on.
Arasaka ending and its Tarrot cards on the other hand are hinting at Hanako actually having something with V being unable to be healed - she may be ordering her doctors not to heal him on purpose, or she even tries to get rid of him by doing so because he's dangerous.

He doesn't even care about the possible corporate war. He says he doesn't even kill anymore because he started to value life. Possibly because of losing so many close people.

I went into this game selecting the Corpo background with every intention of having a “ruthless” play through but meeting Panam changed that to where I felt at home with the Nomads and choose this ending without hesitation and I could not tell you the last time I felt this satisfied with a games ending. Such amazing payoff and credit to the writing and character development of Cyberpunk.

I hope V's story will continue but I doubt it will. I think that's just the way CDPR is telling stories. Truth is never black or white but rather in between. And so is the ending: neither good nor bad as V will die within the next 6 months. Tbh, I never felt so attached to characters in a video game before so I would love to see a continuation.

It's my favorite ending to, my first and probably only on the other runs, didn't expect Panam to have such an impact on the story but i'm happy with it. Tho, not to be pessimist, but i don't think the tarot drew of Misty meant he could survive, even if the chariot is a good card for V at this point, event if the lovers could mean healing etc. You have the right to see what you wanna see in this interpretation but I think at this point in the story I see more that the drew mean "you've arrived where you had to go" more than "you're saved".
After all we shall all die. Later than sooner hopefully, it's the simple but honest message I get out of this.

This ending was beautiful for me because my V was a nomad and so he went from losing his family after leaving the bakkers to finding a friend in Jackie and eventually Panam, and then when he learns he’s almost out of time, he finds the thing he was searching for most, Family.
On completing the Sun ending, Panam's words never felt truer. I was on my way solidifying myself as a legend of the City, biggest baddest merc in the freaking world. But what did that get me? I had no one, all of them they're either there out of respect or fear, i was their BOSS but i wasn't family and when i would die, i thought that i'll leave a mark on the world. Others did so before me, now they're names on the menu, seldom ordered. My best friend, his ambitions costed him his life, and i could see the pain in the eyes of people who loved him. Johnny was the biggest legend, thought he could change the world, but the fact that corps had already won, 2 thermonuclear charges later, Arasaka was stronger than ever....and Johnny lied in a ditch unmarked and forgotten. Whatever you do The City Always wins. From that point onwards i knew what i wanted. A feeling of belonging instead of the illusions of glory, bonds that mattered, a code to live and die by and when i am gone, a family to mourn me. Even if V dies in 6 months, he would be amongst people who he could finally call His OWN. To me it was evidently clear, the only mark worth leaving on the god forsaken world in 2077, was that of Belonging,Camaraderie and Love. To me the Star ending isn't the best ending...it is the ONLY ending.

@benji Goro has the *Possibility* of not dying. It's a hidden choice like betraying Panam to Saul. If you listen to Johnny and just book it out the hideout he will die. If you tell Johnny to shove a sock in it and either double jump or run back upstairs to Goro he'll be defending himself from Saka'lites and is able to be saved.

So glad I chose this path. Especially having picked nomad V, everything in the Panam story just felt so right and I got so invested in her and the gang - can't imagine any ending but this, though it still feels bittersweet. What an amazing story
The ending messages was a nice touch. Feels really heartwarming and satisfying if you complete all side questlines (Judy, Panam, Rogue, River). Then in the end, there's that message from Takemura (I saved him.) cursing me to rot in hell. XD (Sorry man. Our interest are no longer aligned.)

The best ending is definitely playing as Female V with the nomad ending as Judy joins you & Panam if you've romanced her, I adore both Panam & Judy leaving either one behind just isn't how I'd want my game to end.

That's a much better ending to the whole thing to me... Honestly I felt more concern for Judy than anyone else even more so than V, Judy is bae.
I got this ending on my second playthrough as an ex corpo, and I think is so satisfying, like a revenge story and making a 180° turn at the end living as a nomad.
Even they fail to save V. He dies curronded by family, friends, loved one and he dies free. Free from smog, from stench, from greed.

I got so lucky with getting this ending on my first go. Thought I was sending the nomads to their death and something would happen to Panam, felt like it was all going to end badly. Riding off in the sunset with her was awesome, I don't want to go back and even see the other endings now might just watch them on youtube.
Just played the game for the first time and I thankfully got this ending, and after I finished, I had a look at other endings on UA-cam and I wouldn't have wanted it to end any differently. This seems to be the one ending where V has a chance of survival and a free life without being under the chains of Night City. Incredible game
By far the best ending for me, it's canon in my mind. I love how ambiguous and open-ended it is. And Panam is the ultimate game-bae. 💛✨

This was my first ending with Street Kid V I feel like this was the perfect way to end a character like that. A guy who went through life believing that it was him agains the world finds peace with people who genuinely care about him and would sacrifice it all for him

Tbh I went for the nomad ending path immediately without hesitation, I didn’t really watch any vids about it. I just had a good feeling about em and slide with it, I did pick the Nomad backstory so I went nomad, with family, turns out I picked the right choice
I know it seemed things are set in stone for V, but if Commander Shepard can be revived after being clinically dead, V's chances are even.

Considering all the other endings are incredibly depressing, (with V either dying by suicide or suicide odds in his last heist or surrending himself to Johnny, this one sets the bar for being the best happy ending) wonder how the dlc's are gonna play out. If we keep resetting back to Nocturne or finally progress after Mikoshi
But to leave for a fresh start, with either Judy or Panam, even if you only have a few months left, is heart-warming. Despite the buggy launch, story is a damn good one🥰

Shame they leave the ending on a kind of cliffhanger which most likely will never be followed up due to how many endings there are. If V keeps the body, Alt says that you only have 6 months to live, maybe more. Then Panam tells that she has connections in Arizona to people that can help, normally it would seem like mindless hope but after finishing the Peralez questline I have more hope since it clearly shows that an ordinary Corp is capable to edit someone's neurons. I hope that was purposefully added there to go on par with the ending and that in fact V can be helped in perhaps a short follow-up in another DLC. Whenever endings like that happened where the main character dies no matter what eventually I feel like I have been cheated and I truly hope that CDPR is cooking up some strong shit. Besides the Relic is a completely new tech so she might not even know wtf she's on about.
Street Kid turned Nomad with Panam. Perfection
This ending fit with my female street kid V once meeting the Aldecados and getting to know them better getting close with Panam it reminded her of her past rolling with the gangs that would have her back and vice versa thinking of Panam as another real good friend like Jackie. Arasaka was never her problem the only thing that mattered to her was continuing to go about her life making it to the top as a mercenary so choosing to live in her body and leaving Night City with the nomads and Panam was a no brainer.
For anyone who has the same issue. Literally don’t stop and go over Mitch, I kept blowing up and couldn’t get past the sandstorm for so long.

This was the best ending for my first character. Dude grew up on the streets of Night City and it took everything away from him. In the end, he was just sick of it and wanted to live out the rest of his days with the woman he loved
Fun little extra bit that wasnt in this vid. Panam sends you a txt earlier in game about how she secretly loves a japanese girl band song you helped kerry on a side mission make and in the seconds you start taking off after saying goodbye to night city, the song is playing in the car.
Too bad the story line was so short yet it took them 8 years to develop and Assassin’s creed Valhalla took 2 years and I’m 80hrs in and still am not done the main story line...

Well the way I see it, when you play a game like Witcher 3 or Valhalla, it only really asks you to play it once. Sure you got multiple outcomes for Witcher 3, but would you want to go over 200+ hours of game again?
Cyberpunk with the many ways you can build your character offers more of a chance to play the game for multiple playthroughs, which could explain the average 30 hours game time.

After Recently Playing This For The First Time Starting out On Nomad, ive never felt so connected to a character. Panam's Backstory and the missions you do with her were top teir while allowing good character development. Got this Ending on my first playthrough but now having watched the other endings and having this ending. I cant go back! Definitetly one of the best RPG Games ive played. As Well As The Best and Less Emotional Ending.

I finished this game earlier today with this same ending but on the nomad lifepath. This ending has so much meaning to it. I'll admit I almost cried when Johnny told V goodbye.
As a nomad male V, this was the only ending I ever played and I have no desire to ever get any other kind of ending. This was the perfect finish in my opinion.

I got this ending as Streetkid V. I feel like this was such a satisfying ending because after all what V went through in Night City like losing a great friend in Jackie and almost dying in that shit hole, this ending was just sooo good. He gets a beautiful, fierce, strong, loving woman that is Panam by his side and a new family in the Aldecaldos. V didn't have anything or anybody except a few good people like Misty, Vik, and Mama Wells in NC but other than that him leaving there and joining the Nomads was the best option for me. I'd like to believe him and Panam would get married and have kids in the future if they find a cure for him in Arizona.

From the arcana sequence that Misty drew, I can tell that V does in fact find a way to live longer than 6 months by building on his relationships with the nomads.
Just beat the game for the first time a couple months back and got this ending with street kid. Man. This game is nothing short of beautiful. To play it again for the first time..
as much as this scene means to me, i'm actually making the move and leaving all my "friends" behind and moving to the other side of the country. I'm terrified but feel i'm making the right decision in the long term. New location, new people, new job, new start... and i have to give it to cyberpunk for making me think "what if". rather than living forever in the same place. This ending only makes sense as a nomad. As a street kid I wanted to burn down whole Arasaka. V, NOT JOHNNY.
Well street kid to me would definitely work with johnny a lot and really consider giving him their body if they believed in johnnys ideals

I helped Judy leave nightcity and she looks much happier.
When Rouge calls me she says "its on voice mail" + Talks about Johnny. I did fully Johnny story so got that result.
I feel like V dies right before we get the call and all of them goes to voice mail. He also dies on the Crystal Palace ending so I think there is no happy ending for V maybe idk. Gotta wait for future DLC to clear things up.

That's just a bug. It's a sound file from when you're pulling yourself up to the mikoshi access point. Listen the calls, they take place in the future and one of them is Panam saying she's spe ding the night out on ops. V very much survives the ending credits.
I think the screaming is a bug indeed cuz it crashed a minute later for me.
He is not dead at that point. He just got separated from Panam and she goes to voice mail too. Nah, he has at least a few months to live. The voice mail stuff I guess is just so V don't have to answer to everyone of them.
Just end Cyberpunk and got this ending. But Judy was happier because she left Night City perfect ending not just for V but for Judy
Best ending, By far. Glad i got this on my first playthrough, fuckin’ love panam. Amazing game, loved it.
"Begin again - but know when to let go." One of my favourite lines from Nev Vegas and it fits here perfectly as well. Letting go of Night City, of its lies and false promises and embrace the new family you found is truly the best ending for a cyberpunk.
I find this ending bittersweet, drammatic and beautiful. Cause V has found his love, but he is still dying. He understands it, and when he sais "Its perfect, were going home", he is just trying to cheer Panam up, cause she understands that too. That ending almost purified my soul for a moment.

Dlc or cyberpunk 2077 (part 2) would be perfect to continue on from leaving the city into arizona, tucson and having a 6 month time period in roaming around trying to find a cure while spending more time with panam and the nomads and having differnet gangs inside the futuristic city
It’s clear that in the expansion. V has to get a new body. Perhaps last 6 months your with Panama then transfer to a new body. Johnny takes your old and you have to start over again in the Multiplayer game
Don’t understand Mitches call he’s should know about us, where we are, our plans etc. As of this ending we are part of the family. We roll with Mitch and panam so I’m gonna guess that’s just a bug in in Continuity
Confused me at first too but I'm assuming he just means he's wondering what's next for V personally but I'd say they should just discuss that over some beers

It could mean that V (and potentially LI) go off to do whatever for an undetermined amount of time. If Mitch is speaking as if he’s on good terms with V, it’s probably just V venturing off to do whatever. They do perform “logistical” services after all.
The worst part about Night City. Even if you leave, you'll always owe it something.

Jackie made me genuinely cry when he fell, my immersion shattered when he handed me an invisible thumb drive but it was worth playing. I love this game

Then it feels like the only good ending in the whole game is the Panam Ending as Female V with Judy romance.
Totally agree with you, and I just did the same. That's the best ending, and the possible canon story imo. This is just simply screaming for a next game in the future.
This isn’t the best Judy ending for male V. It can play out where she leaves Night City earlier than you and repeatedly texts you about her travels and how happy she is now. Uploader must not have finished the side missions or something.

So, I'm just going to put this out there for the real fans of this game. This is all true and a real account. I grew up in New York City, lived here all my life, worked corporate security for a while then joined the military and came back to the city. Have been on a quest to be a "someone" for a long time now but my life took a turn for the spiritual in recent months, though I'm still living in NYC. Been wanting to get out of here for a while, but it's like the city has its hooks in you and doesn't want to let you go, like a toxic relationship. Haven't been able to breathe easy for a long time, least of all with PTSD. My first playthrough of this game which I just beat I played Corpo V and got this ending just the other day. Way I see it, its like the game mirrored my own life in many respects, too many to list here. Beating this game and getting this ending gave me the epiphany I needed to finally let go for good. I've been planning on relocating to the southwest for a while, to a similar environment the Aldecaldo's call home. Seeing my V ride out with the Aldecaldo's and Panam to seek a life of love and family over everything else finally gave me the courage to do the same. So, here's a real life Corpo V signing off and out of the rat race for good. Who would have thought some video game would have finally given me the push over the edge I needed, but then again, this was never JUST a game. I can't wait to finally have my *breathe free* moment. Never fade away, bros.

This ending has a lot of hints of the possibility of V surviving, not only with the tarot cards, but in the panzer tent in the epilogue you can find a shard on the table by Homer which long story short says that if you stay in the city you will have fame but you will die (night city legend ending) but if u return home to native land, you you will survive. When kn the panzer V tells panam “were going home”. A nice touch from the developers. Also in game in one of the first missions theres a radio station talking about a corp named biodyne that created a new drug that repairs neurons. I think V survives. But its just my deduction.
I hope that's the case, that will be addressed in DLC.
The tarot reading implies that V will find happiness living in the desert during those last 6 months, not that V survives, that's what I got from it.

Just finished playing this masterpiece! In my story V was with corpo back story. When I had the last mission where V had to go and fight against Smasher I didnt pick Panam and picked Rogue instead. The reason was that I thought Panam can be killed and V would not ask her to go with him for such a risky mission. As a result I got an ending where V is a boss of afterlife and is alone, and then he has this Cosmos mission. And for me it also makes sense…just more sad than this ending with Panam. But everywhere there is a hope for better!
This is the one I got on my first playthrough and thank god it left me with a feel of satisfaction that I believe wouldn’t be matched by any other ending
I got this ending with street kid male v and relationship with panam honestly I love it more aswell with street kid because you lived your life in nightcity and well now your dying but you can finally leave with someone that you love and spending your final days with them also I'm pretty sure judy tagged along in leaving night city aswell
My first ending I let johnny take over and go with rogue. Then after arasaka, V decided to take his body back. It was an epic ending, but I was sad to find out that panam still leaves. But you wake up a legend and go to space as one final job. Then it ends, I loved that ending but this ending is definitely my favorite. Made me shed a few tears 😢.
Beautiful ending. Riding into the storm, saying good bye to Night City and Mitch survived the Arasaka tower raid
While this ending is optimistic the deaths of some of the Nomads you made friends along the way like Saul were unacceptable

Sorry, but the 6 months limit is contrived, poorly written garbage. If V has to become a construct and be inserted back into their own body they will simply regain control. The body CANNOT reject V just as V could not reject Johnny. Any attempt to claim otherwise is just trying to defend indefensible tryhard bittersweet trash.
Its hardly surprising though as the already mixed quality of the game takes a nosedive in the underwhelming final act. Maybe like most of this game what we got was watered down compared to what CDPR plannned but totally failed to deliver.

But which one is the saddest one? I played 4 so far and all of them including the Panam ending where somewhat sad, considering what happened to Johnny in the latter one.
The one which hit me the most so far was the extra short one.
I was so close to doing that since I didn't realise it meant suicide but then I luckily realized that I only wanted an ending with Panam

It’s sounded like V died at the end. He said Oh shit then the game ended and credits started rolling. Then you had the messages from panem, Mitch, Judy, V’s friend Vic the first ripper doc, so it made it seem like he already died but died happy. Why else would he say Oh shit like that the same thing he would say whenever a bad attack would happen with the chip. In his head. And whenever he would pass out and bleed. It sounded exactly the same and they made you think he died because why else wouldn’t he pick up for panem?
This is the best ending because no matter what life path you choose, it always comes back full circle and I think that's beautiful. As a corpo, you lived in the corporate world, you've seen the greed and corruption and eventually you drop all the illusions and find something meaningful: a family.
With streetkid, you grow up on the streets tryna make it big, through experience and hardships, and the mess that is Night City, you end up making it big, while not as a legend, but as a person.
Nomad is the best one, you already have a family that you abandon, you come to Night City lost, you don't know the place, you don't know the people, just trying to make it to the next day, then one day a girl shows up and you end up back where you were, out in the desert with the family you once lost
