I mean if Hage waited one more year on his draft eligibility then that would have been the same narrative.

Due to unfortunate circumstances he had a slow start last season, second half he kicked in. If his first half had of been as productive, he wouldn't have been available for 21st pick. He was at least top 15 quality, maybe top 10. It's only two NCAA games, not that I'm surprised but still wait and see what a bigger sample size reveals. I think he was top 10 quality but that's just me.

If He's Habs 3rd center in 3 years. Habs should be Cup Contenders in 3 to 4 year's.

Maybe a BIT of a stretch?? lol. We get so ridiculous about our draft picks, I think i read every comment, and it seems all Habs fans love this kid, i will admit i havent watched him play as much as some of our prospects (but i have watched him), i definitely dont see Jack Eichel when i look at Hage, i see a hopefully decent bottom 6 center. Again, this is my opinion, im not recruiting people to hate on Hage, so dont get all bent out of shape, and leave me messages why u think he is better then i think he is. No thanks, again it's just my opinion, like my opinions on reinbacher, they arent very popular, but as ive said many times, time will tell.

No ever said he would be a 1,2. A 3 is what most said, and that's what he is now.
