+Robert Cross that's what I did, 4 years though and I ended up trying to get back in eventually. haha. I got a good job having that on my resume though so its all good. I would say to go in with your 3 year and see how it goes. you may end up liking it and reenlist, or you may do your 3 and get out. either way you will benefit from it.
+The Infantry Life Thank you man I know you get many Thank you's But i say it With full respect.Thank you for helping me out
Anytime bro, glad to help.
at what age did you join? I'm 22 wondering if I'm a little to old for infantry
I was 22 as well.
+The Infantry Life badass, can you go from reserved to active duty?
+Angel Munoz yeah, I'm pretty sure you can.
Or you can go to Campbell and get stuck at inprocessing for a month
Kevin Dehler yeah, that's no fun.
Hahaha yep
were you allowed to have your phones during infantry ait?
no, the way it's set up it all takes place in on go through. so, it's basically a really long period of basic.
They took my phone at 30th ag and got them maybe a once or twice to make a phone call. Towards the end of OSUT they gave us more phone privileges (30 minutes on sundays)
definitely different from when my crusty old ass went through. haha.
How do I not die when I get in the infantry serious question

Question. when I took the asvab I score jut under the requirements to secure an 18x contract. My recruiter said I scored close enough to where it would get waved when I got to base after basic and I would stil get a shot. Is that true or any idea??
I'm not sure about that one, what did you get for your GT Score?
+The Infantry Life yes. and you have to have a 110. I got a 104.
+Cole Christopher yeah,I don't think they will waive the GT score being low though. not unless, they've changed all that since I've been out.

If you're asking what branch the up loader was in, Army. The USMC don't use M2A3s. That's how you can figure out from the video.
+Tanner Troupe the video wasn't all the way done when I commented
You can have your family in Germany.
