Sir Fern Sana mka bisita ka sa the Ruins
Hindi po kayo nka punta sa bahay ni Tana Dikang.... Doña po sya na napkastrikta na mayaman. Sila Ang may napakatandang CCTV ang bahay nila kaya mga katulong ay dapat trabaho lng ginagawa.
Tapos Hindi Po kayo pumasok sa El Ideal, isa po itong napakatandang bakery. Hanggang ngayon ay operational at kinakainan pa. Andun Po Ang entrance sa gilid.

FYI facts- Victor was not the only son of the Frenchman: he had a brother Fernando. The urban myth about the stairs being one side for males and one side for females was just made up by the tour guides. Truth is, it was merely an architectural design that was common for houses of that size. Split Stairs are also known as bifurcated stairs or "Imperial staiurs" to create the sense of grandeur.

Lumaki dn ako sa ancestral house ng mga lola ko sa tuhod.naabutan ko pa silang buhay noon way back 60’s.malalaki ang mga bintana At pintuan At matataas angceilings.ang mga sahig sobra sa kintab At ma sarap ang simoy ng hangin noon,mabango At napakatahimik ng paligid.naiingganyo ako tuloy balikan kung kumusta na pala ang mga ancestral houses ng mga Lola At lolo ko noon sa Sta.Ana Manila.

Gusto kitang papurihan sa pananaliksik mo ng mga bagay na parte ng makalumang panahon sa pamamagitan ng mga lumang bahay o. Mansion. Maraming natututunan ang mga kabataan sa kung paano ang buhay noong mga panahong iyon. Ang sarap siguro ng buhay noon. Tahimik. Yun nga lang, sobrang higpit ng mga magulang lalo sa anak na babae. Ang mga anak naman noon, bihira ang sumasagot sa magulang. Magalang sila at mapagmahal. O, ‘di ba? Bakit hindi mo gugustuhing mabuhay sa makalumang panahon! Salamat uli Fern !👍👍👍

Mahilig akong manood sa mga ancestral house's pero minsan nakakatakot din dahil feeling ko mapasama pa sa pag punta o panood ,tulad ng nasa baguio white house. Iba ng pakiramdam ko mula ng na panood ko at maraming nagkasakit sa amin at namatay pang kapated ko ,apo ko same year ,ewan totoo ba o sadyang nagkataon lang

There are an array of houses even older than it block by block since it was called the Paris of Negros, have you tasted the food the the city offers? always watching your videos if i have time, more power to your channel.

@@kaUA-camro hopefully mka uwi na this christmas 6 yrs din di nka uwi kasama na height ng pandemic. well silay delicacies were more of kakanin type for merienda, the L Ideal serves o lot of sumptuous food actually. and chicken inasal has been a staple for all negrenses esp. in urban areas. Pareho tayo ng hilig. May ancestral house sa Dumaguete City na doon ako nakatira noon 1990s kasi don nag work mama ko. Mga spanyol ang owner pero ngayon patay na sila lahat. Napaka ganda din ng bahay. Sana gagawin na yon na museum para mabuksan na sa publiko

Yup buhay parin ang sugarcane industry sa negros region pero they really need to modernize, noon parin mga gilingan nila
Balay Negrense is more Western in design with native interior. It’s not a Bahay na Bato. Hindi siya typical Silong as bodega/garahe plus 2nd floor as living space.

Noon mga bata pa kami i think 70's na nasa tabi lang ang tinitirahan namin at sabi nga hunted house yan tawag kasi bintana kaliwa my nakatayo laging babae daw at my kandila naka sindi wala naman tao dyan kaya kinatatakutan talaga dati ang bahay na yan..
