Thank you to everyone who's been sending me good wishes- I'm much happier now which is why I'm able to make breakup content! I hope anyone going through break up gets some comfort in watching this and it's proof things will get better AND YOU WILL BE FINE. After my shitty breakup like 2 years ago, my friend gave me similar advice. although for me, it did more harm than good. going Into relationships expecting them to fail... it was like I had manifested the relationships always going wrong. yk? I think mindset is very important in everything you approach. even if you try to radiate positive vibes, if you're constantly feeding into the idea that it will fail, it 100% will. my therapist a year and a half ago told me it was a bad habit and it took me a MINUTE to break out of it. eventually I did and I stared dating again with hopeful expectations. First little fling didn't work out, but the guy i talked to after that is the guy who's been my bf for 9 months now!! just thought I'd share a different perspective. love you sahar, glad to see ur working on yourself and doing better ❤❤
even i found that perspective a little pessimistic. like why would you even go into a relationship expecting it to fail? that way, no one would ever trust or open up or become vulnerable, cause its gonna end in heartbreak?

Hi Sahar, I love your videos but please do a little research on lip fillers etc...they actually don't dissolve completely. I appreciate the transparency, but please do not tell your young audience that such interventions are harmless and do not advertise by showing before and after pictures.
