It's similar to the Yamato, 3 cannons with 3 shots, but Louis can shoot head-on with a very good grouping, in addition to having 6 targeting torpedo aircraft and 6 healing items, he took 2 Citadel Des Moines at 18km, Montana 1 Citadel at 17km, so I'm going to try to change the grouping of the Yamato's projectiles, try to decrease the maximum dispersion, to see if it improves accuracy a little.
I was so lucky last 4th of July, pulled Neb, Conn, and Del for free from free loot boxes. With the missions associated with each ship, getting enough independium without breaking the bank to get this ship was within reach for me. Had that not been the case, I would never have shelled that kind of money for a ship like this.
You forgot to mention that HE shattering deck that protects the casemate from a LOT of plunging fire, the miniscule superstructure, and how the flight deck casemate will obsorb shells that would strike other BB's decks and penetrate to the citadel.
Exactly. It’s a prime example of WarGamings plane bias. Super structures exist as a balancing factor for Battleships because practically everything can pen them. Meanwhile the carrier hybrids have massive flight decks that bounce AP shells and shatter most cruiser HE.
I decided to wait for the bureau project, though I did get the lower tier hybrids from the early access crates. The fact that this ship can create its own crossfires is what makes it so powerful. What makes it OP is that the guns and the torps are strong. It'd be one thing if the torps hit like the pillows from the EU line. They don't. You get 6 torps at 7600 damage base. Use Reeves and you get +8% Throw on Tanaka as an inspiration and you get another 5%. That's a potential 51528 damage, which also has the possible DoT from floods. Use Ciliax as your other inspiration for +5% AP shell damage, and your full AP salvo has the potential for 137,550 damage. That's just shy of 190k you can drop on a target with free-to-play commanders. Ohio, with the heaviest broadside in the game and a full damage build using AL NJ, Ciliax and Arthas has the potential to BARELY do more (you can get up to +52% assuming your target is more than 10km away and you've got a catapult fighter in the air), but if you didn't get the Ohio from the event, your only chance now is from a crate. Oh, and you need to have the paid-for commanders as well. But, if you have all of that, then yeah, the potential damage from a full Ohio AP broadside is just over 191k. However, the Ohio _still_ loses if any of the Louisiana torps trigger a flood that can't be immediately damage controlled. Think about that for a second. A ship, which supposedly is coming for free as a bureau project, with free-to-play commanders has the potential to do _more_ alpha strike damage than a paid-for premium ship with paid-for premium commanders and inspirations. Yeah, the Louisiana is going to get nerfed.
when are they going to nerf that tier 8 soviet premium carrier? ive been playing for a few weeks since taking a 2 year break, that ship is going to get me to quit again
Honestly can't wait for Louisiana as a Bureau. I am in love with Nebraska and I am super excited to get Delaware, even if it looks like its a beast from the deepest pits of Davy Jones XD
It is even more busted with arthus , I hit a full torp drop on a Kronstat. he went from full health to bascially none 1 min into match it was like a 55K drop with Arthus. I was like how is this even a thing. smh
@chrisfletcher86 america 🇺🇸 4th July (independence day) Big "American" ship/camo stuff. Last July was the intro to the alt/hybrid line. Next July they said they will release the Legendary as a BP
You will now and forever be known as Dr. Sparty. By the way you play. And also by the way you explain and coach in wonderful detail. ❤ thanks Dr. Sparty
I hope they keep it as is…and make it a CE….and make the BP a nerfed version. Sorta like what they did to the Mainz. That way people would still have to do the BP.
Hey Spartan I left you a comment on your other ships video about some other games that you may enjoy if your able I would like to get your feedback on what you think about the game suggestions I provided you
They’ll take there sweet time because it’s a carrier. Even though 99% of the player base absolutely hates Chkalov and it’s universally agreed upon that it is borderline broken.
Don't say that, hahaha, yesterday I bought the research 30kk and started, my most evolved commanders are secondary cannon, I hope I'm not disappointed, it will still take a long time for me to be able to unlock it.
Oh I bought it and don't remember what it costs but I also told everyone that it's is crazy strong but don't spend money on it because it'll be a free project in 2025

I think the Delaware is more powerful because the citadel is below water and she has less guns at the rear so you don't turn broadside as often.

I wish these ships were never added to the game. The minute they were revealed I knew they would cause balance problems
I was in Conq, seeing you in the match made me nervous as heck ngl xD
Oh well, at least I was useful as a demonstration to Louisiana's torp damage
😄 sorry about that but hey you technically shot me first
Apparently it will come back in July. That's what I remember
This has become one of my go to ships
It's great maybe too great
Do you think it'll come with its camo? Love the blacktop look on the other battlecarriers.

Hey spartan try Louisiana with yoshino- Colorado and Arthus. You get the arthus for the planes and when they go broadside. It’s my busted build
yes this is my build and yeah it is so broken. lol.
GG Spartan. Well played
It is even more busted with arthus , I hit a full torp drop on a Kronstat. he went from full health to bascially none 1 min into match it was like a 55K drop with Arthus. I was like how is this even a thing. smh
It won't come back till July. So no reason to "balance" since a very small portion of the populi had gotten it.
Why July? Is there an event or?
@chrisfletcher86 america 🇺🇸 4th July (independence day) Big "American" ship/camo stuff. Last July was the intro to the alt/hybrid line. Next July they said they will release the Legendary as a BP
@@AbsoluteHero42 oh of course 4th July. Don't remember the announcement of the bureau project though, thanks
@chrisfletcher86 gotcha Capt.🫡
So as of right now 3 confirmed legendary ships this year with including a rerelease cool
You will now and forever be known as Dr. Sparty. By the way you play. And also by the way you explain and coach in wonderful detail. ❤ thanks Dr. Sparty
😄
They did say summer 2025
I hope they keep it as is…and make it a CE….and make the BP a nerfed version. Sorta like what they did to the Mainz.
That way people would still have to do the BP.
Watch the ship become a CE version
I see you've taken a class or two at the Xarkun School of Kiting
😉😆
Monarch day 3 vid?
Oh, that’s me in the BA Montana 😂
Which one?
The last one 😅 the first torp drop and citadel on me at the start was really nasty (and yeah I was running the New Jersey build)
Nice game, Spartan!
Thanks
I love playing against Louisana’s for that free damage.
Hey Spartan I left you a comment on your other ships video about some other games that you may enjoy if your able I would like to get your feedback on what you think about the game suggestions I provided you
I need to get my hands on this ship lol
Hi
Love it 🎉
Hey Spartan I know this video was about Louisiana but do you think they’re going to nerf Chkalov?
I hope so
They’ll take there sweet time because it’s a carrier. Even though 99% of the player base absolutely hates Chkalov and it’s universally agreed upon that it is borderline broken.
@@lejenddairyIt's not borderline. It's just broken. It can 1 shot DD's and light cruisers no problem.
surely they will not make it free in it's present state?
How bout a video on Delaware, Nebraska and Connecticut...ya know, the ships that most of your subscribers actually have....?
nice
Just like the Schlieffen nerf, now it's just pathetic
Schlieffen is still strong i love schlieefen
Don't say that, hahaha, yesterday I bought the research 30kk and started, my most evolved commanders are secondary cannon, I hope I'm not disappointed, it will still take a long time for me to be able to unlock it.
Day 3 of asking for a video over the khaba with a build please
First for once
Noice
@ looking forward to the ranked stream. Is it going to be on Saturday? I cant wait to watch you suffer for 6 hours
I will be pissed if they nerf it it cost me 300 bucks. What did it cost you spartan
Oh I bought it and don't remember what it costs but I also told everyone that it's is crazy strong but don't spend money on it because it'll be a free project in 2025
Imagine speeding $300 on a digital ship in a free to play video game 😭
Very expensive...
