How many times, this season:
1. Has the starting full back, only been available, for 40 mins or less? 2. How many times, has he failed to complete 80 mins? Jinx?
Hard out bro - definite jinx 😭
I feel sorry for cht he’s a very good player just wasnt his night on the goal kicking…..although I hope all the bandwagoners who were giving sj shit and calling for his retirement see how vital he is…. His boot alone would’ve won our last 2 games.
Thanks for your usual entertaining podcasts. You guys always have a sense of humour.
I think tbh we just aren’t as good as we think we are. Can we improve, absolutely. You guys are like me, clutching at straws..a cold day??? Hahaha…you know that ain’t the reason we lost. I’d like to see some recruiting of a marquee X factor winger/finisher to add experience and tie us over till our young guys develop. Tbh most teams would have scored off walkers break, but we had no speedster to back him up. Lots of areas to work on but we have the potential to make the 8 and perhaps we perform well when we are serious underdogs. Up the wahs!
Thanks for watching Tony! I guess we use the humour to avoid crying 😂😂😭
Totally agree guys, the fault is with the coaching staff! They need to own it instead of the players wearing the blame.
What is with that though, having games where our whole spine needs replacing, our outside backs and fulkbacks are injured and taken off the field - it seems this is beyond "bad luck" - key players taken out - too suss to be normal! So weird!
There needs to be an investigation!! 🧐😜😜
@@warriorsanonymous 🤣😂In all seriousness, before I catch the conspiracy train - with the other madhatters tho' - all these injuries have taken us out of contention for a decent end to our season. Yes our coaching team could have pulled the plug a lot sooner in regards to our hurt players and rested them rather than compounding their injuries by continuing to play them until they were broken - but geez, ever since last year when TMM was taken out with the hip drop, the targeting of our players has been consistent! Okay, walking away now...
Enjoying your content guys!😄👋
End of round 20 we are in bottom 4 = Hard to muster any optimism for what remains of this season but it is what it is.
The knee jerk idiots blaming CHT who was behind Pompey and Tuapiki in the goal kicking stakes on the day for the loss are like draught horses with blinkers on but sadly there is a toxic underclass of Kiwi fair weather fans who are not only extremely vile they actually love throwing the hate.
In the real world if he had kicked that last conversion it would have tied the match then "hello" Raiders had by far the best drop goal specialist in Fogarty.
For me our biggest problem for the last two games is no long or high kicking game.Burton and Fogarty showed what a difference top big kicking games make.
TMM was MIA again - it looks like he freezes in tight must win final like games but thrives in games where the result is not so crucial or a win not really expected. With the season gone maybe time to give Farr a chance for a game or two.Hopefully 2025 will see SJ /Metcalf in halfs for long periods with CHT moving to 14.
Webster bench rotations again looked odd.Down to 15 players Lussick was left on the bench. Leka to center instead of Nuikore another questionable call.
Oh well Tigers on Friday surely a win but............... well don't bet your last $ on it.
UP DA WAHS.
100% man, couldn't agree more. Think I'll protect my 💰💰 this week too 😂😂😂
