Wow! That looks like so much fun. A long bow and a recurve bow. A really nice 3 D course. In Ga.they seem to be dwindling down some. Both of you guys did a great job shooting. Great videography too. I love the close up shots. Thanks for sharing.
This is about the 4th time I’ve watched this video. Great shooting and great banter between you guys. That’s what makes this fun. Cheers from Canada eh.🏹😎🇨🇦
Great Video. Mike is a great shot. I enjoy these kind of videos. I just ordered the Black Hunter long bow in 30#. It should be here by April. Please made more 3D archery shoots videos. Thank You for sharing this.
Greg, I stay amazed at the quantity and quality of 3D ranges in your neck of the woods, thanks for sharing a great day shooting. Some great groupings on the poolnoodles, Go Trad!
Great video and what an amazing course! So many simple and we'll executed ideas that work brilliantly, I'll look to making a few of these myself for my wood but also for my target archery clubs fun days to get people away from shooting standard targets.
I love this... the lefty shooter in his release it sounds like something is loose... almost like a tip loose or something... I've never used a takedown bow before
I used to shoot compound bows but found them too technical. Now we shoot a stick and string and having a blast!! I shoot with a bunch of old guys and We have a great time - never looking back!! Ha ha ha !
I have a Black Hunter Recurve 30# bow coming on March 20 2021. I’ll be using Carbon Express Predator II 800 spine with 100gr. Points. Thanks for the video.
Greg, great video as always. In my opinion you Mr Richard put out one of the best if not THE best 3D videos I watched and I have watched a lot. It's always nice/enjoyable to have someone with you. Which I may ask when we be seeing Jeff, he must be chomping at the bit to start shooting 3d's and lest not forget the other stick bow enthusiasts you shoot with.Thank you.
The Ontario Archery Association, the max shot for TRAD is 30 yds. At a non OAA sanctioned tournament today we had a beautiful shot on a moose at approx 32yds. It was fun.
Hi Greg always love your videos Am planning on making a trip to NY from Sydney Australia hope to stay two or three weeks and shoot these great ranges may need some help in planning.
I can’t lie, the right handed gents shooting disturbs me deeply. He draws quick, barely holds an anchor if he does, and he’s nailing the kill zones! This shouldn’t be possible!!!!!!!!!!!!😂😂😂 Very good video, great post!
I use two cameras of the same make and model. Sony Handycams CX440. I use a Ranger tripod with a attachment that allows me to mount both cameras on it. One for the close up and one for the full view. I edit in Pinnacle Studio Pro Ultimate 22
This is my all time favorite Video from you. I watched it several Times. I think I will try Mike's Shooting style next Time on my 3D range. Did he point the Arrow tip on the Targets spot he wants to Hit, or on the point he think the Arrow tip will be in the Target vision. You know what I mean?
Have you ever gotten the chance to check out the Greene Rod and Gun Club in Chenango County? I'm movnig up there within the next year. Any time I've been up in the past year, it was raining so I never got a chance to check it out, even though it is up the road from where I'm moving to. They have 3D archery and indoor, if I remember corrcetly.
I wish there was. The edited clip is not that way. But when i make the final, it will change (not all the time). Wrote to the software company, we see if they can fix the problem.

I have a confession too make... the more I watch your videos the more I want too get a traditional bow and try it out... but as a long time compound guy, I dont know if my ego could cope with not hitting the X or the 10 ring everytime. You guys look like your having fun without expectations. When shooting my compound I have expectations and and a 9 will throw my day off, let alone an 8... but you guys seem too have alot more fun then I have.... I do like the Martin Panther and hoyt satori and even the hybrid longbows. I shoot a 70lb-80lb hoyt maxed out so I'm thinking a 50lb or 55lb trad bow would be doable.
I felt the same way you did... so glad I got into traditional archery... shooting traditional is a lot more fun... I'd definitely start off with a 40#/45# bow, form and hitting anchor is important, can always work your way up to a heavier bow.
@@ashmerch2558 Just remember why you are doing it. It takes time to get accurate and that can be frustrating. Best of luck to you and if you need any help, just ask
Nice shooting. Fun course. Not used to seeing you without a Ben Pearson bow in your hands. I'm interested in the Black Hunter Long Bow. May have to give one a try.
Great shooting! I know I’m addicted to traditional archery when I watch almost 50 minutes of 3D shooting and love it haha.

What string do you recommend for the black hunter?
Depends on what is important to you. I would talk to Grizzly Jim or Eric from Hitman Archery (He made my string for this bow)
Black Hunter doing you right eh!

Don't know will ask Mike. Might take a few days.

With a "Trad" bow, sometimes just hitting the target is an accomplishment in itself.

Recovering from a shoulder injury and surgery. It was not archery related. Maybe in July he will be back.
3D Archery missing the banter.
do a video on getting close enough to a live target. a duck would defiantly do.
Tough to do and film at the same time.
if you want a real challenge try hunting with a recurve .
Been there done that. First did it in the 70’s.
