Our family has camped at Fremont lake for the last 45 years , rich in wildlife and we have always caught large lake trout , Rainbows , Browns good clean campgrounds is a plus..?
@@justexperience7708 Talk about a wild place about 20 years ago we had a great camping spot at Fremont lake and it rained for a week , no matter as we sat down to have a meal a small mountain lion cub was walking around our camp making the strangest noises , soon we noticed mama looking for her cub and we all headed for the campers, it is and still has a lot of wildlife ..?
@@janetgilmore8006 great story about the lion. I would certainly be a bit nervous if that happened to me. I haven't been back to Pinedale since 2021. I'm sure it's still wild as ever.
We still make the rounds every year even though the kids are grown and gone we now have a few grand kids to show these places too , this week is Glendo and a few other lakes in that area , a early trip to the head waters of the Green river last early may was great big Browns in the river and lunker Lake trout in the lake , mostly catch and release but we do eat a good amount of fish..Ice fishing is a real treat Fremont freezes early and Boulder lake is first to freeze great fishing just after Salmon snagging in Colorado..?
Did you ever get a chance to see Half Moon Lake also in the pindale area? I have a video of that on my channel. Also New Fork lake and New Fork River if you are interested.
Was here 3 days ago. Stunning!
There a month ago. Dog loved swimming in the lake, handled the chilly water like a champ. Area is a gem.

thanks for the comment, I hope you make it, have fun
I love how people don't wear their life jackets when kayaking. And then people wonder how and why Billy Bob drowned.
Why don't you show the north end of the lake ? It's so much prettier than the south end.......
