Caught the replay. Looks like a great start to the cruise! We haven’t yet sailed Carnival Celebration or that class of ships, but it’s looking like we would enjoy the food options! Oooh! The Thermal Suite pass sounds like a good call! A great way to wind down before bed. Enjoyed this vlog!

What HOTEL did you stay at prior to your trip?? Did you take an Uber to the port?? How far was the hotel from the port?? We leave in December 2024.
We can't wait to try the Shaqs Chicken spot, we were sad when we found out it wasn't on the Conquest back in June. That Thermal Suite looks amazing, we'd probably spend lots of time there too!

How early did you board? I’m cruising on Celebration next month; can’t wait!
We are usually the first to board since I’m platinum. So we got on right at 11am.
Wow I had no idea that Chabang and the Italian restaurant were included on the Celebration, good to know that for sure. Im trying to get my ducks in a row to get on Jubliee in April. It should have those options too right?
Yes Jubilee will have these same options!
Hi! Is the Thermal area co-Ed where they have the sauna, pool thing, experience showers, aroma steam room?
Hello! Yes it is coed. The only thing separate would be the lockers rooms in that area.

We usually stay at Comfort Inn and Suites Miami Airport North because they have free shuttle but for this cruise we stayed at Marriott’s Element Miami International hotel.
Enjoyed your video Was your sailing at capacity?, and did the ship seem crowded or was everything spaced out
Yes it was at full capacity. But we never felt it… well maybe except at the sailaway party lol. But it wasn’t crowded otherwise.
What time was your check in? We never seem to get the earliest check-in times. Any strategies?
I literally check in right at midnight on check in day. Now that we are platinum we get early access for check in times so we don’t need to do that. But definitely check in right at midnight to get the best time. We always select 10:30am.
Did you like the Interior. I'm on with my bestie next 11/05 (1st time on Carnival)? Suggestions on what will make the accommodations better?

How much per person for the room when its 4 to 5 people.... i guess i didnt know it wpuld go down in price if its more in the room
It depends on the sailing but for all cruises, guests 3 and 4 get a discounted rate (because they won’t have a regular bed- it will be bunks or sofa bed). So it’s cheaper to put 4 in a cabin than it is to have 2 guests in 2 different cabins because the 3rd and 4th guests are discounted.

Lizzie here, question. So carnival still does the muster drill the old way? I mean I've been seeing that the majority are done either on their phone or in their cabin on the tv then go check in. Am I correct? Girl you got this cruise hoppin down packed..😅 Blessings to you all, miss your hubby being with y'all.
It’s not quite the old way where people had to gather at one spot- at the same time. You just have to show up, watch the life vest demonstration, and go. It takes less than 5 minutes.

What is your favorite Carnival cruise? We have to leave from Port Canaveral just curious.
Fave “budget” Carnival ship is Sunrise. Fave “other” Carnival ship would be Carnival Celebration.
