I still say that King George last year had an impact on her. It had to have, it all but retired Crystal Ocean and even though she went on to win more races afterwards, it had to have left some sort of mark on her, you see it so many times in those tough races. Anyway, what a horse and jockey combination, brilliant.

What a fitting name for a champion equine that prompted us to open our hearts and feel the emotion of tremendous love and respect, ENABLE. In great appreciation to all of those involved in her care, training, and successes. We will never forget her.
Frankie just reminded me of when I was a kid when he said she'll be at Newmarket so he can go give her polos. My mum took me to feed polos to horses when I was little. They love polo mints

Hi Sue ,Allaho got trounced yesterday in the Durkan.Think that tough RSA bottomed him out . Really hope he bounces back . Had a good weekend mainly on Sunday ,followed Evan Williams Saturday just broke even but Sunday was better with Mahlervouse at Kelso and a few winners at Cork . See a nice horse at Plumpton today last race bumper winner ,keep an eye out lovely looking horse ,be better over fences .

That horse at Kelso was a nice horse Mahler has a few gd jumpers coming thru and the trainer seems to like that stallion I liked that horse glad u had him.i was watching Saturday but I wasn't surprised Altior was pulled he is 11 next month and I don't think he will win at Cheltenham. Willie Mullins horse let me down last year he's a bit delicate but if he makes it there he might do it but too early yet to really know. One things for sure Mullins has plenty to run yet and we will learn a bit more in the next few weeks. Allmankind was impressive lot to like about him.i always keep an eye on your choices but we need better ground it's tiring them out. Great to see a few spectators and bookies on course. I'm going to still follow that Mullins horse u like. I don't think u r wrong about him

I see Obrigado runs today ,can't believe he's odds against in a novice chase .Interesting to see him jump a fence.

The impotant thing is that she is physically healthy. Undoubtelly she is one of the best horses of all time. My regards to the queen and her magnificent jockey!
Enable was an exceptional horse ,trained ,and looked after by an exceptional team of dedicated people . My favourite memory will be her Oaks easy win and when she won that tussle with Crystal Ocean in the King George.
It was not just the performances that marked her out as a top quality racehorse but the length of her career at the highest level. How many other famous names lasted as long and did as much to bring credit to the sport?
She will go down in history along with the likes of Nijinsky, Sadler's Wells, Dancing Brave, Brigadier Gerard, Frankel, to name but a few. Even though she's the only mare on that list! That said, she'll also be known as "Queen of the Turf" I'm sure, with her pedigree and her owner's knowledge, her progeny will be second to none. ❤️

Sensible decision for the horse. To be beaten just over 6 lengths in her last Arc was not a good look when compared to what she had achieved in her career. I hear she will be paying a visit to Kingman. I hope a nice filly or colt comes from the union.

There are many people out there especial in the racing posts i know because i have read there comments, and this is before the disappointing run in the Arc that consider Enable to be very good, but not a great. Who tells them that. Surprise Surprise the handicapper one mans opinion who gets it wrong so many times. The bottom line is Dettori now has to justify her greatness to all the doubters out there. To me Enable was badly let down by the very people who should have had her best interests at heart. Watch the John Gosden interview on ITV on the Saturday before the race. I said to myself after that interview that Enable should not run on that ground if there is the slightest doubt. That was pure heavy jumping ground.
I think Enable is a very, very good filly but I don't think she is what you would call a great, the truth is the last three seasons haven't been a vintage crop, but she should have been retired last season really.

Treve was on a rating of 135 Enable 126 so i have got to believe that Treve could give 9 pounds to Enable and beat her, sorry but that's just pure fantasy and that's the stick her critiques use to beat her with.Rating's are given by the handicapper and we are suppose to take that as gospel. So we are supposed to take one mans opinion and that's it.People that follow ratings will end up skint.
@@tommyhughes2264 I totally agree that the handicapper is usually wrong, and many times very wrong, but I generally just think there's not been a decent middle distance three year old colt for the last three years and then handicapper has been right on Enable and wrong on Treve who I also don't think she should be that far ahead, two to three points in front at best.

I was talking to a bloke who reckons they weren’t even trying. They gave up several days before when they knew what the ground would be and just looked after her in the race. I’d be surprised if that was the case but that’s what he thought.

King George Benbati 11 lengths back, Cox plate Winx Bentati 2 lengths back enough said.
Benbatl is not a 2400m horse. He finished that far behind Enable because he didn't stay the trip.

Frankels sire Galileo is also the grandsire of Enable. Her and Frankel are too closely related to be bred.
