Here now at the Grand Palladium Palace, this has been the worst place and vacation I have been on they only cater to reward members everything in my room is broken phone, tv, and ac 2 days no one fix anything yet just excuses the buffet is a joke same thing every day it's impossible to get a reservation every restaurant is booked club member can eat anywhere even if the restaurant is booked. once they check you in they don't care you are on your own like survival

@ashtond9111 I had a pleasant stay in Palladium Resort, I would not worry about bad reviews, just go and enjoy. I have been there and was okey.
