Underrated comment. That is what I don’t see many people talking about our whole military is soldiers that are willing to fight. This is what they signed up for this is what they wanna do in other countries like Russia, where they are forced into it. @@keslerjenkins9683 Before the ukraine invasion yes it was mostly volunteer. After russian casualties began to outcompete volunteer rates, conscription was applied which has since replaced much of the volunteer army.

You're not a Mexican you're an American. Im mixed race myself and until we ALL identify as American we will continue to be divided by political and social movements. A good friend of mine became a citizen this year and she took her old flag down and displayed her Stars and Stripes. That p'ed some of her family off but as she said " I took my oath and this is my home, this is my flag, Im an American now".. One of the very few things in life that made me tear up.

Not for 75 years, before 1991 there were two world polices, and the struggle between the both kept the world more stable than it currently is, only exception is the Cuban missile crisis

@@nickstevens4482No, we aren’t. It is in our interest to defend Taiwan, but officially, the US doesn’t even recognize it as a state. This is due to a strategy of appeasement with china which has resulted in it becoming the largest economy in the world, which is bad for us. That strategy was a very bad choice.
Taiwan will return to motherland China after the 2024 Taiwan election after electing pro-China leader. So we won't be needing a war. But we will fight a war if necessary against Americans and their loyals not against Taiwanese people cause we don't hurt our own people.

Also, I would recommend you do look up the Tiananmen Square Massacre, because you'll see that the protesters were fighting for American values like democracy, freedom of speech, and freedom of press in China, and they were killed or imprisoned for it. Personally I think a Modern day attempt at Pearl Harbor would look a lot less like the attack on Pearl Harbor, and more like the battle of Midway minus the dive bombing and shitty radar. The only reason Pearl even happened was because the US didn’t have total dominance over the pacific like they do now. If a country like let’s say China attempted another Pearl Harbor, they would barely make it out of port before it was known to god and everybody where they were heading

It was a great job, especially when we came into Pensacola on Thursday. The Blue Angels were practicing, and we had a free airshow all to ourselves, at sea! It was a magical moment for me. Underrated comment. That is what I don’t see many people talking about our whole military is soldiers that are willing to fight. This is what they signed up for this is what they wanna do in other countries like Russia, where they are forced into it. In 89 through 1990 I sailed on a NOAA research vessel, and for most of the time, we spent 10/11 days at sea and a weekend in port. It was a great job, especially when we came into Pensacola on Thursday. The Blue Angels were practicing, and we had a free airshow all to ourselves, at sea! It was a magical moment for me. Please God don't let this be forgotten because it was so awesome.
