love the content if I can offer some advice juicing is very overhyped by blending it you are not letting the body break it down naturally so you lose a lot of the benefits from the fruits like fiber and vitamins. Also it spikes your blood sugar so if you have the risk of diabittes it will make it worse. Do you but also do research
