Please, there is no excuse that could justify obtaining a nursing license without attending class and the clinical rotations. Patient safety is at risk. Every nurse that paid for their schooling without attending class should have there license revoked. The nurses must prove that they submitted their assignments, provide documented correspondence from their professors every semester and provide proof of the documented clinical rotations that coincides with the school's curriculum. She say she attended class for one year to be RN? No ma'am go back to school. Those who are asking how did they pass NXCLEX, it's not hard to pass this exam, you have multiple choices. My 8 year old does these kind of questions by picking ABCD and always comes with 75_85%. I can say this exams sometimes it's by lucky. These people are not innocent they were willing to risk people's lives. Who knows where they were hired to work by using fraudulent documents. That's someone's mother, father, sister, brother, best friend ect that they gave pretend care to.
The question should be, Did you have the knowledge to take care of other humans? Have you hurt anyone? They Keep asking about the students instead of the humans they take care of😥😨
Exactly. God forbid anyone eas harmed! This is such a knock to those of us who poured our blood, sweat and tears into OUR profession
Did she pass the nursing test that’s what I want to know why would you get a lawyer knowing that your diploma is fake😂
She went to an accredited school with an accredited program that not only allowed her to sent for licensure but also prepared her for licensure. She was a licensed nurse working as a nurse. Now the school has been stripped of accreditation.
How is that her fault? How could she have known? I went to school that was on the list that the state approved. She learned what she needed to learn to pass a national exam and people are still saying she was an idiot.
People can be the worst.
News person.
Ask ......How did they pass the NCLEX?
this is dangerous to the public, throw them in prison!!!
Big fkn shock there.
When I did mine, we were surprised that the most smart girl in class didn't pass the first time.
For those of us who went to class, failed, went back and did again, did clinicals 3 days a week and labs, this hurts.
The only opportunity they should be given is to go back to school and do it the right way. They participated in fraud, they knew it was wrong, but they did it anyway. And now they have money to spray on lawyers..they MUST not be given a pass
Exactly! It took some of us @least 2years to obtain an ADN, not to mention the time spent in taking prerequisites for the program.
She didn’t say RN. He said nurse.
The NCLEX isn't easy. I'm not sure where you got that from. I knew students who took it a few times. It's not just multiple choice, and it's timed. It has selected all the apply, pictures, and listening to different parts of the lungs and heart sounds...etc. I completed my LPN to RN in one year.
I was wondering why I would meet all the black immigrant nurses who got there degree in florida. Im like why all these black immigrants getting there degrees in Florida? lol
From my research, the owners of these schools are immigrants or first generation. There is definitely an underlying story. Who were the majority of these students enrolled in those Florida, Texas and New Jersey schools.?
All of them knew what they were getting themselves into. They ALL KNEW!! Come to NYC hospitals they’re here too…..many of them are from those same schools.
You can thank the nursing shortage and the covid pandemic for this
You could tell by the way the degree was written it was fake. Very sad. You simply can not shortcut your way to being a nurse...😢
In this woman's case she went through the program but it was not an official program. I hope that the department of education will help prep former students for a more traditional program.
How did they pass the qualifying and licensing exams ? Ans. Easy. Somebody else was paid to sit down and take the exam for them.
When she was caught committing fraud... they knew what they were doing
I'm sure they all failed the nclex
This is so wrong
All nurses should be required to obtain At minimum a BSN from a accredited university before obtaining any type of nursing licensure.
Good luck with that. Already a shortage and you're proposing more time in school? 2 years is all you need, anything more is just more specialized training
@@tylanebrown730 , Yes, that's what I'm suggesting...the quality of nursing will increase, and nurses will be in a better position to demand the salaries they rightfully deserve. Some nurses today lack professionalism and clinical knowledge despite having a so called license.
@dellevan1 I don't disagree with you but that same argument was mad 30 years ago when they tried to phase out LPNs. Fast forward to 2023 and LPNs are still not phased out abd actually being used in hospitals where I live. They can demand BSNs when there's no longer a shortage, until then, they'll just be pushing more people away from pursuing the career. I work in the hospital, so I'm very up close to the situation.
@dellevan1 um, teacher here. It doesn't work that way. Many of us have graduate degrees for which we worked hard. When we try to demand salaries we deserve, the public calls us lazy and berates us.
Nurses shortage in Florida!!!

Hey just like Trump University!
BYEDEN said he was top of his class….
DeSantis state huh?...lol..
His state is doing better than ours
And he is going to run for president
@@maribelmaldonado252 if he wins I imagine we can all get fake nursing diplomas...
@@nicolemonrue your state is handing out fake nursing licenses too?...hope you don't get sick...
He's still the truth. Blue states are far gone.
That time u are spending hiring a lawyer, you shld think twice and have a plan B in place. I would enroll in a university and get my 4 yr degree while i wait on the judgment. Most universities do 3 yrs for BSN, as long as you have your pre-reqs
