- This is the basics of Mahou Tsukai for minecraft 1.18.2 how to do the mod. We cover from start to end. Basics and how to get from one point to the next. How to generate Mana and get the powdered resources easily. I go a bit into systems and explain some items that are confusing like rule breaker. I cover how to get the magic swords, Caliburn, Morgan, and Clarent. I also cover every spell and almost every little detail. so I hope you find this useful. #rulebreaker

1st video I've ever seen explain rule breaker and wow that could be crazy powerful with the right combinations
I do disagree with dmg absorbed being a lesser mana gain though it scales to dmg taken so say u shoot ur increably over powered Morgan str8 up with the projection bow and hit ur self u will instantly regain mass mana making it the best Active mana gen
The time based circles is a set it and forget it it will have u increase mana passively by draining then refilling ton of circle + ton geas = ark mana boosting
All in all very informative and again grata on being the 1st ever rule breaker video :)
I agree. That’s how on the vampirism factions I got so much mana. If you know what you are doing dmg absorption is op. Also gandr is op.

Does the diamond sword have to be enchanted with sharpness in order to get caliburn?

A few things to note about Rule Breaker:
-A higher modulus mostly add options, not make each option better.
-Apon activating the probability alter, you will take a small amount of damage. This means you don't need your dagger anymore.
-A dividend of 0(at least with a modulus of 16) always drops a wither skeleton skull.
May be a bit late , but its not dropping the wither skulls for me with that setzig, do you know why?
Thank you for this guide, it was very helpful. At first I just plopped down a couple of Alarm Boundaries and left them going as I explored and built in order to grow my mana capacity. But that durability chest spell seemed so much more easier and efficient

be careful before you use geas, there are certain mobs that you need to kill for progression purposes, the ones I know of are wolves(kill with Caliburn to obtain the Morgan) and villagers(each kill permanently powers up the Morgan)
edit: forgot you can undo the spell nvm lmfao
The way contract works is pretty simple, both players stand on a contract (and I cannot stress this enough) THAT THEY HAVE CREATED THEMSELVES. Once this happens pretty much all spells from each other will fail to affect both players until a player gets hit physically, when this happens the contract is broken and must made again.

This mod is hilariously big but looks incredibly fun.
Some of these spells are absurdly powerful, I mean Death Collection if you can accumulate enough souls makes you virtually unkillable to anything but the Void and admins.
Explosion can literally tear apart the world with a flick of the mouse!

you can put scroll of strengthening on mystic code i would recommend doing so
The boundary of life drain is op. Itll give you whatever you need most between health, hunger, and mahou. It on combination with a mob farm is the best way to get mahou early
or if you're in a modpack, you may be able to make really high health golems with regen or smth. Any mob you can give regen to works great for this, though it's got to be regen II

how to increase inner cap on morgen allthemods 8 ive put full inventory of normal star and doesnt change anything i have 10k mahou in me and 200k stored some people said it is diffrent in that mod and might be a allthemodsium star or allthemodium and vibranium alloy but work

Can the aegis shield (forgot the original name)or magic boundary spell( the one that's intangible for you) block either the laser beam or explosion from megumi's staff?
you can use borrowed authority to mine if you punch anything in a cave it can be used to power up your durability exchange

I really need to see someone use Create with this to automate some of it. It'd be even more exciting to see what kinds of things one could do with that. I mean think of the possibilities!

I already had the idea of the Scroll of... Shared Lifes? Where you get the same potion effect as a mob for example, you can have a Regeneration 2, Strength 2, etc Create Production in your base and splash that via Dispenser on an Iron Golem with which you are contracted with and have basically permanent buffs - I wounder if the damage will be split apart if you (if you even can) do that with multiple mobs (like Iron Golems, 300HP is a delicious buffer after all)

Mahō tsukai (màh-hōh-tsu-kaí)
For the "hō" syllable, pronounced the 'O' like the letter is pronounced when you read off the alphabet. Basically, say the word "hoe" for the second syllable.
For the "tsu" syllable, don't add an extra syllable between the 'T' and 'S'. Like saying the name "Sue", except starting with the tip of your tongue at the roof of your mouth, and moving it down.
For the "kai" syllable, the "ai" is pronounced like the letter 'I'.
Thanks for the video it is very helpful but I'm running into an issue where I can't break the innate cap on the caliburn or the Morgan I got it up to 200 but that is it
they may have changed it. But odd.
you have to put more netherstars in at the same time as upgrading it ex: 1 nether star = 150 power cap 2=300 and so on

AWESOME VID! Just having some problems with fey, they are NOT spawning at all ive gotten one no matter how much magic i use. a couple questions: how do i fix this? can they spawn from the magic from your first sorcery? is there a way to increase spawn rates?
Not fae related: is there a way to repair your first sorcery? what happens if it breaks?
A little thing that might help is im playing in All the Mods 8
1. Delete “All the mods 8” since it has corrupted stuff with viruses.
2. Far spawn a lot in the end and reality marble. They like farms too
I personally prefer Mana and Artifice, its sooo in depth.

I didn't quite understand how the rule changer works. Can you explain?
Rule Breaker has these two number values. Dividend and Modulus. Modulus is how many numbers you have that can be put into or taken out of Dividend. The value in Dividend can effect various things in various ways. Also, the number in Modulus is effected by how many Chorus Fruit you use in the ritual to make Rule Breaker. More fruit, higher number, the more you can give and take to Dividend. Now for its effects. For enchanting, if you were to put a number in Dividend, activate a rule break, and you go to enchant, then the enchantment will always(depending on the amount of bookshelves and presumably which of the three enchantment levels you choose) be whatever enchantment Minecraft has assigned to that Dividend number. Like for instance in the video, on a maxed out table on the third level, with the rule break set at Dividend 7 or something, he always got Sharpness 3 and Sweeping Edge 3. For Mob drops, if you activated a rule break and killed a mob, then the drop would always be whatever drop Minecraft has assigned to that Dividend number. Like in the video he set it to Dividend 0 and always got iron ingots from zombie drops. Apparently there's a way to rule break villagers, but it's incredibly buggy and will likely crash the game. But if you did a rule break and used the Emrys staff, then the lightning would be focused on one point(being where the player's cross hair is) instead of randomly all over the place. Hope this helps.

Mending would probably work best, but there's hopefully another way
@@SurgeXs In All the Mods 9 mending cannot be applied to the tools in Mahou Tsukai, but there are still ways to repair Morgan, and Calibur, just not the other ones. Applying Unbreaking could help make your tools last longer though.
Maybe Anvil Craft with another one of the same kind? Just be sure to check for the damage values I assume
trying to collect this fae powder seem damn near impossible...
You have to sit in the middle of a ley line point (place with the intersecting lines and rings) and make sure your mana is being used up. Every 5 seconds a fae has a 10% chance to spawn in a 10 block radius at your 'Y' level if your mana is below your max capacity. Stand on the very middle block in the ley point, and have your volume up to listen for ringing noises when they spawn.

They can take a vary vary long time to spawn. Breeding animals and the end are other ways to get them I think
