Nice job. I would call this phase 1 of my winter cigar lounge progression. I am now at phase 3 and I have a BJs Hard top pavilion that I built a wall around a portion of it. I then used decently thick clear vinyl as the wind blocker. I still have a fan issue as I have that same fan that you do. I believe I will fix that by installing a home fan so that I can reverse it.

Instead of the black poly, I used heavy duty shower curtains. I hate not being able to see around me.
