@@EastCoastJeepSRT yeah I'm sorry but I don't pay over about $50 for pants, and usually I get $20 used army pants. I live in VA by the Chesapeake and my ski bib is enough to keep me warm if it's really cold.
@@comfortablynumb9342 I have Burton pants for skiing. Can’t even compare the difference in warmth. That’s the only reason I’m keeping these and not returning them (video explanation coming tonight). Nothing I was issued in the Army is warmer. When I say these would be the best pants ever if they were a little cheaper and they fixed the flaw nothing would beat them unless you’re getting full on Artic gear, but that stuff is ridiculously expensive
This was a great review, you did as good a job as anyone could possibly do without actually knowing what materials they’re made of. But that price tag is way out of reach for guys like myself. I’m a journeyman diesel mechanic and I do work outside quite a bit. This winters temps have been below zero a lot lately, -22 was the coldest we got, and I realize it can get even colder than that in other areas of the country. But that $250. That’s out of reach for me in every sense of the words. It’s too bad this country doesn’t have businesses like other countries who’ll take a really good product, deconstruct it to find out what it’s made out of and how, and then copy it for less.
Philly team shirt = opinion disregarded. Just kidding! Have you found those pants to be breathable? That's one issue with snow-type pants; they get damp right away when you sweat and then they never dry which can be pretty dangerous.
Haven’t experienced any added sweat and the two inner thigh vents work great. Please watch the updated video before purchasing these. Discovered a flaw with the stitching in the crotch area that comes loose after a wash. Had to sew both of the pants in the same location after one wash!

Ski pants work too. Just need some added layers to get you warm at sub zero temps. I love my olive drab Burton pants.
