Have you ever trained with resistance cords ? I found that using resistance cords, greatly helps to develope the nessasary muscle strength and tendons in that regard )

I have always dreamed about practicing martial art as you do, but when I was young I could not follow my dream. Now I'm too old to jump and flip, but you inspired me a lot. I started sdudying wing chun and in these 4 years I have overcome many injuries and now I train every day !!!

Cool. Tiger cage 2 all the way for me! I grew up watchin his old films and that is still my favorite work buy him. The ending is so bad ass having 4 quality fights 1 after another! You will know how sick he is with his kicks
