They put on one of the best live performances I've ever seen. Incredibly nice guys, too.

Criminally the most underrated band in history. They put on the best performances anyone has ever seen!! The music is so cleanly played. The crowd is brought into every song. Just amazing!!!!!!!

Bro exactly! I think Doug deserves way more credit for his live vocals when he was in prime 2001-2007. He was just unlucky with his medical problems and for been ill often...
And also the fact that he is half asian and he sings like this makes it absolutely crazy! Because he sounds really great, even though his voice needed more time to restore...

considering its live performance and the band has 1 guitar, the mix on the recording of this is amazing
the bass complements the guitar so much and it sounds so freakin heavy
along with the kick backing up the bass
its just awesome, a joy to listen to not only cause its a sick song

Ironically they did a song called "What happened to us"
Some of the older ska style stuff was pretty good too, check out a song called Earthsick, my personal favourite.

What are you talking about? It is not the "wrong" way to sing. It is just a another technique. His voice is strained simply because he jumps around, walk whatever, and problably needs a break.

they should've leveled out the audio more. the crowd is super loud and the guitar overpowers the vocals.

@JoDThailand How? All they do is power chords. LOL

  • @Korpius112

It is only unhealthy if you ain't using the technique right. If you control the technique, nothing should be damaged. But it is a rough way to sing, and produces a "harsh" voice. And as you can hear, he only uses this technique when it is loud numbers. He ain't using it in the reason. Would sounds stupid, too.
