Hey Paul interesting video. I agree the stove fills a specific market and is not for a family. I'm awaiting a first trip this year with a 2 seconds 3p. Might try any awning

Thank you Joseph. Please let me know how you get on with the 2 Seconds 3p. Its a tent I'd love to buy.

I’m a full hearted airbeam camper but the main bad points aren’t the pump for me. Airbeam tents are massive packed up. I have a Berghaus 5 man tent. It wraps up the size of a marquee. The equivalent person tent in a piled version is a fraction of the size. I also own the Quechua 4.1 f&b for shorter trips. Car pack size is becoming more important for me nowadays.
Good video by the way 👍

Enjoyed the video as always , considering the Quecha 2 seconds easy myself. On the thermometer, does it register 3 figures, maybe thats why it didn`t reach 100. Great video as always

Hi Graham. Yeah it does register three digits. I have tried it in the Jetboil as well. I should have held the thermometer slight off the bottom though. Thank you for your kind words

Well that stove was rubbish! 20 minutes for boiling water no thanks. I mean I know camping stoves usually take longer but that is too long.
    Hope you feel better soon.

Hiya Gemma I hope your keeping well?
Yeah i need to try it with the lid on. That may reduce the time and that will come in another video. But anything over 5-6 minutes and I would have forgotten why I started boiling the water in the first place. For a Jetboil I can boil water in 3 minutes. So could effectively boil 5 more cup falls in the same time it takes to do one with the alcohol stove. So yes I see your point. Plus the fuel. You would need to carry so much more fuel than you would with one small gas canister
