No specific other, you can do the csc application and agency first, just make sure you also apply for admission

Hi, I have got conditional offer letters from 3 universities. They asking me to make decision on the offer. As i am applying for the commonwealath scholarahip so should i accept the offer letter bcz accepting it will make me bound to the requirements such as paying initial deposit but i got offer letters for commonwealth purpose and i cant decline it as well as its required for commonwealth. If you are from one of the eligible countries and live there you are eligible. Permanent residence are people from other countries but live or have residence in one of the eligible countries
