BTW, does this need to be made in a food processor? Will a blender ruin it?
A blender will absolutely work! I would buy a cheap blender dedicated to just the sofrito bc the smell and flavor will NEVER come out 😂 nothing worse than sofrito flavor on something that’s not supposed to taste like sofrito
