Yes, and, he covered her face as she slept with the throw pillow from the couch to contain the blood & splatter. He shot through it. She was not sitting up like he claimed in his testimony. He killed her in her sleep.
@Kim-qk2vl meh. What it is was infantilising the jury and annoying the ever living heck out of everyone in the courtroom, with the possible exception of the court reporter. People know how long five minutes is and if she was so fixated on the "effect" she was so proud of she could have done a silent minute and then said multiply that by five. I promise you, every professional in that courtroom was rolling their eyes into the back of their head, and the defense attorneys were probably doing a little jig... Because if anything would make a juror hate the prosecutor, it's that kind of disrespect for their time. People are bored, that really made it worse. Would have worked for a law and order episode, not so much in a real courtroom. It's also not central to the case. Did he kill her less? If he only waited 30 seconds before shooting her? I mean come on. No offense if you liked it, seriously, but it was strategically not the smartest move.
Seems so many people doesn't realize or believe DIVORCE is always the better choice of freedom. The problems doesn't start in one day. Hate is a powerful demon. My freedom is too important to me to lose it over killing somebody I don't want to be with or he doesn't want to be with me. He is evil for what he did and should stay locked up!!! I find it strange that no one asked to see the build out of their camper bus, everyone wants to see it and every owner wants to show it ! My mind can’t even go to the process of cutting up a human body, how did he have enough water to clean up that mess ?? This absolutely haunts me !!! My heart breaks for her parents 😢
