With all the hyperextension and use of bicep, are there reports of elbow issues, tendonitis, tricep soreness from always being the antagonist ? Anyone please feel free to answer, but provide your experience/credentials before you decide to flame me for asking 😉
This might not answer your question but, I'm a c7 incomplete for 4 years now, I don't have sensation in my elbows and underside of arm. Looking at the the sensory dermatomes for my level of injury this isn't unusual. I tipped backward in a manual wheelchair and smacked my elbows into the concrete, I couldn't feel any pain, they swelled up greatly and had large bruises all of which I couldn't feel. So point is I'm sure I get overuse pain, tendonitis, and what not but I can't feel it. I can feel pain in my shoulders and muddy take care not to injure them. Even though it don't have finger function I will occasionally get tendonitis pain in my thumb where my glove, (like the ones in the video) rub and wear and I need to take a break from wearing them. I'm cursed with short arms these people in the video are crushing it compared to what I can do so far lol.
