Watched this before I went to Sagada a few months back.I also went to Sumaguing Cave but before that I was in the Lumiang Cave because it was a cave connection.
It was one of the best experiences in my life! But I gotta admit those cliffs got me really scared and add those slippery limestones by the way!. I even thought that I was the youngest to go inside the caves cause I'm 12 years od, but I was surprised to see a 10 year old also exploring the caves. #travellingislife

Hey Wil! I, literally, watched this vlog 5 mins. ago. Then I checked my facebook after and I saw this article that the cave was shut down by the local government because someone just died in there. Too sad. I'm about to plan for a Sagada cave trips next time I visit the Philippines! And this one (cave) looks like it has plenty of obstacles before reaching the other end (which will definitely give me more adrenaline!) Anyways. I hope Pudra's feeling better! :)- Fan from Canada!

Your pudra just did some special forces s*** right there... moving on thru the pain... Way to go Pudra! Feature the Kadayawan festival in Davao in August, then go to Samal island, then visit the Phil. Eagle sanctuary at the foot of Mt. Apo (The highest mountain in the Philippines), and visit/take the Eden ecotourism tour. August is the best time to go because its also harvest season and all the tropical and exotic fruits you can think of are readily available... 😉

Wil, I highly recommend one of the best places here in our place the so called "LAKE HOLON" at T'boli South Cotabato, Mindanao
come here in SOX(Soccksargen) Region 12.. we got it all here.. we got beaches, lakes, you can trek, we also got Paragliding.. we'll be very happy if you visit us here Will 😊.. and i think the tourism here and other people i know will accomodate you here 😊.. 🤘

Compared to the Underground river, it's nothing because you will just sit in a banca....that Cave in SAGADA is extreme, with no safety harness, ultracold water and stiff climbs...Glad to survived it!!!!

Hope your dads ok. Made me really nervous watching him continue with the hike. If the fracture was really bad with a jagged edge, it could potentially puncture his lungs or blood vessel.

Oh my god I hope your dad was ok 😨 But wow you went to all places I visited when I was in Sagada a few months ago! Sumaging Cave was physically challenging, I couldn't even film with just a GoPro because I needed both hands to climb those slippery limestones, and still managed to trip a few times haha. Sagada has amazing family restaurants, I love the Filipino dishes I got there.
Amazing cave. I been to several, but nothing like that one. And not so hands on... super cool. Hope your dad is doing okay.

We went there last year and went through the other entrance route. The tour guides use rubber slippers cause it makes them traverse easier. I almost fell off the part where you have to climb up using a rope and a human ladder.
The tour guides said that the route you used is harder to climb! The whole trip requires upper body strength and perserverance.

Was in Sagada about 6 years ago, and this cave is really dangerous. My cousin had an accident here as well. But despite that it is still one of the places I want to go back to.

I went there alone... And I tried the cave connection experience.... It was Monday then so there's only me and the tour guide.... I must say... It is pretty intense and dangerous but super exciting....
Next destination wil, Go to Gigntes Island.
surigao is the best... ive been in britania island tinuy-an falls and dont forget to go in sohoton is the best.
Wil, did they tell u to close ur mouth while lookin' up on those bats....hahaha..getting down through the mouth of the cave is the most challenging part, rocky, slippery & pitch black. Trying to hold on to those rocks means touching the mud mixed with guano...😂😂😂😂

You must try to go here in Batanagas. Particularly, must witness the smallest volcano on Earth (Taal Volcano). 🌋 It also has Station of the Cross which is great to spend Holy Week.
