Once you have your bevel angle transfer to a bit of OSB board or similar and cut template full height of block then you can draw full line so not using bevel and hand saw all the time .

I work in IT and I’m fascinated by your channel, it must be very satisfying seeing things you create that will be standing for decades to come, in my job you never see anything you design.
If you are going to change trades at 35 I would want to do something less labor intensive than becoming a bricklayer I'm 38 I've been a Mason for 20 years it might take a year or two before they even let you pick up a trowel and it's not as easy as Charlie makes it look if I were you I would just try to see what else is out there where you can make similar money and that is less taxing on your body physically

@@sidstewart7399 maybe I have...is his insulation tight to the outter skin or what never seen it been done like that would still work I think but you would lose about 30% of the value of the insulation
@@alanmcevoy1467 it's pretty much in the middle bit should be tight internally. In all fairness no water is bridging that even if its close to the outer skin as long as joints are taped. Personally I think 100mm is overkill.

Surely if the Insulation isn't tight against the internal skin it's not much use..cold air working up the gaps.
