Israeli CT Sniper teams don't use a spotter buddy system.
Engagement range is usually under 0.5KM, and mostly within urban / semi urban scenarios so wind is negligible.
Hence semi auto is fine, they don't calculate firing solutions but work with a set of "thumb rules" for gauging wind and drop / range. They also don't carry large assault bags or long duration gear.
You can see the operator has his basic range calculations drawn on his right hip @3:18 .
I think he said that he "is all" so no spotter. Also pistol they showed had all Glock features, but slide had extra cerrations. "Cold bullet" aka "Cold bore shot"

Hey man love it channel…. I served as a sniper in lotar and my favorite moments during my service were training with u guys… had an amazing time! We actually had a small chat when u visited but u probably don’t remember because it was really short (around 5 minutes). Too bad we didn’t get to train together but I had such an amazing time with ur designated marksmen/ snipers.

It portrays a situation where the presidential palace of Finland is invaded and the resultin police/military operations. I think you might get a kick out of watching it. Also it's mostly spoken in English if I recall correctly. It should also be widely available, like in Google play movies if I am not wrong.
