We know that the cows and farm come first and off farm work comes second . Videos come about tenth on the list of priorities. Stay safe and good luck hunting if we don't get a video before.
We used to.flail chop hay . I miss doing that. I think it is some of the best feed for kows. We used a silage wagon but I think your portable bale feeder is a better choice. No difference between only getting half and high moisture corn head with a chopper. Come back through and graze what's left for another 30-60 days.
Neat to see an IH 10 flail chopper.
I liked when you put the cows in and let them clean up the mess and pre mulch the stubble and add a little green manure to , good job Ben 🚜👍😎

I remember when you started with the sweet corn. You made it work and you enjoy it. life is good.
Hang in there Ben.
You do what works for you Ben- thanks for the video- keep up the great work
Good video
This looks like a set up one might have seen 30 years ago. Worked then and it works now. Simple is fine when it's cheap.
Looks great Ben you have a good day

Rig up some gauge wheels like on your baler pickup. Really enjoy the videos Ben.
That green chopper works well, what brand is it?? Looks old but works for ya great. !¡!
That works, I used to do the same.
Do you ever turn the cows into the sweet corn areas after you finish chopping it up gives a few days worth of feed letting them in
Yes. He has had videos of this in the past.
