    One thing -
    (29:08) "... and with that DISPLACE YOUR HEAD SLIGHTLY BACK, TUCK THE CHIN IN LIFTING THE BASE OF THE HEAD UP. KEEP IT THERE. SLOWLY RELAX YOUR SHOULDERS DOWN AWAY FROM THE HEAD" - very very very confusing indeed.
    Displace your head slightly back?
