For a long time I have been floundering in my university studies, not knowing what to do, not wanting to disappoint family, not wanting to fail, not wanting to change who I am (and also deeply wanting change). But the way you speak with visible happiness over your new chapter is very inspiring and endearing to me. It took a lot of courage for you to end your PHD, and I am so happy your new venture is bringing you joy. Here's to all of us figuring out what makes us happy for the time we spend on this earth

After watching your Copenhagen vlog and seeing the treasures that you bought there it makes me really want to visit the city and Denmark. Pretty easy to get to from Scotland too. I am currently knitting the Aster Shawl by Natasja Hornby and the main colour is an alpaca, silk and cashmere yarn. You will not be disappointed with how it knits up. It is so nice and perfect for a shawl or accessory.

me too, that’s what I usually do! but since this was a huge life transition/ life changing decision and I also choose to speak about my mental health on here to be my authentic self and also possibly help destigmatize mental illnesses and conditions, such as anxiety disorders, I have chosen to put it in first for once. this is a space on the internet that I have created to share about my life and making & no one is forced to watch any videos + there so many videos to choose from so I would recommend rather shutting off a video and moving on than leaving comments like this. I‘m not trying to be mean, just trying to show we’re my boundaries lay when it comes to ‚feedback‘ - I don’t need to nor do I want to be convenient for other people, I just want to be myself and not overthink everything constantly which would kill the joy of creating any content for me.

that’s a great idea! my favorite café is „die pause“ and I love all the book stores we have as well as a stationary store called „typopoetry“! we also have a castle and a beautiful botanical garden :)
