HF is unrivaled. They are the best a capella band I’ve ever heard. The stars were in perfect alignment when this band was formed. God looked down and said, “It is good”.
Home Free has reformed itself a few times. The Rupp brothers started it, added Rob. Others have come & gone, including Chris Rupp himself. They are still musical magic.
These guys are So good. I live in constant pain, and when it gets unbearable, I put my ear buds in and lay back and get lost in their songs. I pray for them and their families that they be safe. Take care guys, and Sing on.🤗🙂🤗🤗😘
Tim, you are such an “in the cellar” kinda guy, I never get tired of that voice!! You put a smile on my face every time I hear you sing! Well done!👏🏻👏🏻
Being front row with these guys was an honor of a lifetime, because the music saved my life! Experiencing that Foust and Rupp quakes is something I will never forget! Thank you so much for sharing!
The guys and their music literally changed my life. I've been lucky enough to see them three times, close to the front but never front row. But.....in October I will be seeing them again from the front row! I'm more than excited and can't wait! I know it will be a completely different experience. ❤
I saw these guys at the Wisconsin state fair, or a county fair, can't recall which as it was back in 2019, and Tim shook the place, but what really got me was Adam doing his drum solo and I don't know what it was he did, but made my hair stand straight up! Unbelievable amount of talent with all 5 of these guys.
Damn!!! Just Damn!!! Just found you guys and now this 67 year old guy is in love with your music. My kinda singin' that I can sing along with! Get ready y'all... fame is on the rails coming atcha!
@@kjayhawks2773 I went to their concert in Anaheim, ca in October (opening date of the tour it turns out). And it was my first concert of theirs and it definitely won't be the last.
Definitely on my bucket list as soon as they come back to the Upstate of SC. I love ALL their music, and each one of them are beyond talented, excellent video, thank you for sharing.
Dynamite!! This is one of the best videos of them live. They sound perfectly in tune. In a lot of others they don't, only because of the poor recording devices. Would love to know if there are others this good (besides the Singoffs).
In terms of other peoples uploads I’m not sure how good you’re wanting it to be I just did the best I could and the other songs I uploaded are just as good to me
Dunno about other recordings, but I can confirm that they sound incredible in person - it absolutely is just a question of recording them well enough, which I haven't tried to do.
Would love to hear them here in the UK… Thank you for your video… I lived in Colorado Springs for a number of years and saw many bands… miss the culture!!
@@charsheppard9566 Thank you for letting me know, apart from work commitments which I can hopefully rearrange…I might (will) be able to get there!! Bless you!
It's so funny! Each new person that sings, I think, "oh, he's my favorite!!" I'm glad that Austin is getting the attention, but Rob has a beautiful voice. And I'm a fool for a bassman. I'm also a fool for the rhythm section.... Gotta say, that subterranean low note on "blow my blues away" made every hair on my arms and neck stand at attention. They're stll standing.
@@schizophrenicdad6726 I’ve since found that yes other bass singers have an impact, but Tim’s voice is more so. I think it’s possibly because of his range and my love of Home Free that it has such a profound impact - like my subconscious recognises my conscious choices in it too.
That is so wonderful how his range helps you to calm. Tim's bass is pretty, as well as incredible. Imo his only rival might be that kid from Forestella, whose bass is also smooth pretty.
Try Geoff Castellucci from Voiceplay as well if you haven't already ;p He has a solo channel also and some songs I am totally abusing as before sleep relaxation like his cover of "Wicked Game". Oh btw. I am by no means trying to say any one of them are better. I appreciate both. They are both amazing singers and mayhap you don't know both yet. 😊 Always great to have more precious music after all~ there can never be too much
I really missed Chance when he went away for a bit. Yes Tim goes to the basement with notes.. ...but hell...To me it just sounded different when Chance was gone :))
Adam Rupp is unrivaled in his field. He is not a beat boxer like other a capella groups have. He is AMAZING! And that's just my opinion on Adam. I have similar opinions on every other member as well. But I'll save them for another day...😮❤
These guys are great. No doubt about it. But their cover of “Folsom Prison Blues” does not compete, to me, with Johnny Cash’s. Some people “own” a song or because of personal tastes, some of us prefer it done by someone other than who made it famous. Though I have loved the Hawaiian man’s version of “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” for years my mind goes blank when I try to think of his name. I had enjoyed Judy Garland’s singing it in “The Wizard of Oz” when I was a kid in the late 50s. But the Hawaiian guy’s simple rendition blew her’s out of the water for me.
This is impressive and interesting, but nothing is ever gonna beat the original recording from Folsom Prison with this inmates going wild in the background.
Just seen these clips...didn't know they were coming ...😡😡 Just made my bad day worse!! I saw them in Brisbane a few... years ago...they blew my mind and I'm hooked on them
Love those guys I think its funny they thought My Maria was an original from Brooks & Dunn I'm pretty sure I heard that song in the 60s or 70s can't remember who did it though
Tim hits such a low note in “Folsom” that once I was literally startled and looked out my back window to make sure there wasn’t a grizzly bear in my backyard
Women get pregnant when Tim hits those notes. Maybe not until AFTER the concert, but stuff definitely gets shaken loose DURING. Lol. Sometimes the seats feel like they are those massage seats.
I LOVE HOME FREE....so no haters please, but I wish they would put more effort into the way they dress. Austin always looks perfect. I just wish the others would look like they put a little effort into it . They were getting better when Olena was picking their casual clothes. Since she left, they have gone back to when they started in 2013. Even just tucking in a bit of the T shirt to show a belt buckle would look better. Just a positive comment as I have seen them look better. Sound, however, is always perfect!
imagine being a subwoofer just trying to do your goddang job and seeing Tim Foust come on stage
