Combat testing the Ragnarok vs the Megalodon and the BBS Fifth Season.
Admittedly, I'm pretty much here for FTD, not allot of people upload much content for the game and I love watching it while working lol.
Not like I'll ever stop posting FTD. It might lose my interest in the far future, but i'll always be back.
@@Brenzo44
Glad to hear that
Hey mate, I have started constructing a ragnarök killer... I must dive into norse mythology and select a weapon or god utmost responsible for winning the end of time battle (ragnarök that is) and call the ship that! Anyways tip for you, select another tournament battle location that 0 0 because you see the end of the map and that just looks SAD, maybe others don't care but you can't unsee that
good luck with your tournament, I might send in my thing whenever it is done
All great things to hear 😎
Gungnir, Odin's spear, or Vidar, who avenges Odin, Or Surtr who burns the world after. Are my suggestions, your builds tend toward the thicc so maybe not Gungnir. And Surtr is on Loki's side so... eh.
try the new Land adventure mode & see if you can get to level 100 & not die lol.
I totally get the Burnout. It happens to me every-time i build a ship that is 2mil or around. Take some time off play something else & come back with fresh ideas.
I guess the 5th season is only good if the enemy is around the same cost, then it's a beast.
Only thing is I've never made tanks! Would be a tough one.
@@Brenzo44 That's why i suggested it, It's different enough to make it interesting. You can make a plane, choppa, hovercraft or tank / car. I would be keen to see you try :)
Yeah, I myself usually take around a week off between big projects, very understandable.
I will say im pretty much here mainly for the FTD, but some other games like Space engineers or Stormworks might be interesting for me too since i mainly enjoy the building, but i will definetly stay subscribed anyways.
Also cant wait for watching the tournament! :)
Also i do recommend trying the campaign, it gives your ships a bit of purpose which helps motivation from my experience.
I think a campaign playthrough is in my future.
clicked because rag. stayed because personality. make what makes you happy. i am watch
Thank ya!
I enjoy watching from the depths but I would watch be games as well. I enjoy watching mobas as long as they are easy enough to understand without spending hours watching tutorials.
Play planetary annihilation titans i think you will like it its an rts game about blowing up planets
Some game suggestions that you might like if you like building games:
•space engineers
•stormworks
•scrap mechanic
If you want some fps games you can always check out c.o.d. or fallout they are pretty good
Space engineers I feel is uh, another massive learning curve to undertake.
Could look into other similar building games though.
@@Brenzo44 yes it very much is but the modding community is amazing and it's a fun game at least if your into that style of game by far the hardest part of the learning curve for me was the building controls
@@Brenzo44 Compared to FTD, Space Engineers is really simple. The contraptions you can make with pistons and rotors are also quite constrained by the very wobbly physics engine. Taming the physics engine is where the scary learning curve is. Up to there the curve is quite shallow. All systems are just a block, which just work if they have power and the right things in their inventory. In my opinion it is either a sandbox game (With a smidge of "survival", aka resource grinding, if you want) or a multiplayer MMO, kinda like Arc or Rust. PVE is almost nonexistant, which was a bigger disappointment for me. But playing with friends is fun. I dont like it, when the things I build dont have a purpose or a reason to exist.
There is a craft on the workshop called The Big Filter, made by a japanese dude, which is a big scary frontsider brick, but pretty cool looking (If gray Talons and scarlet dawn had a child) and it also has a cost of about 2.1mil. Borderwise once made a weird and wonderful about it. Maybe it would make an interesting watch fighting that thing or you can recruit it for the tournament?
some build in the tourny might not be able to defeat it, but i hope they go down with style
I am interested in:
FTD
FORTS
Oxygen not included
Maybe not everyone’s cup of tee but I hope it helps.
I am watching 70% because of you and 30% because it is FTD and it is hard to find content
:3
avorion is a pretty creative game. + it has MP. dunno if enough of your audience would want to play it though.
For games i can suggest Space Engineers, i have 1.4k hours and i haven't burned out
Hi, I put my pride BB BassKalibur (somewhat inspired by Bismark and Steestriders Excalibur) up against your Ragnarok 2022, hope you dont mind it :)
Hi Brenzo, I'm still building my battleship to combat the Ragnarok. Will there be a second or third round, so I may enter it later? Unfortunately, it's my first battleship in the game, so it takes a long long time to get it right.
As for your question: I mainly subscribed for FTD content, but sure, why not feature other games? You can also show some you use to cure your FTD burnout specifically. And your issue about the building issue: why not take one of your battleships and downsize it? You can design a whole fleet based on one battleship, you downsize it to a cruiser and the cruiser to a destroyer etc. It's easier, because on a battleship you already have the systems in place, you'll only need to just adapt the design and share a few tips on how to do it.
Also I would love to see a campaign playthrough. To twist it, you could either downsize the Ragnarok and name the series as Heir to the Pilkinton fleet or take the winner from the tournament and create a fleet based on that design. It's just an idea, maybe you could make a poll to decide.
Unfortunately it's late...but you can submit it so subscriber submissions when that's open in like a week or so and if it makes the cut I'll test it against the rag in a video.
Good ideas, glad to hear em.
@@Brenzo44 Well, based on last weekend, I guess it will take more than just a week to finish it. On saturday I had to redesign the main batteries on my ship, since the original design was way too expensive and space intensive and on sunday, I designed secondary guns for my beast. Now i need to create CIWS turrets, LAMS nodes and engines, also I need to revise the hull yet again, so that I can better allocate internal space. Oh and the armor layering also needs adjustments. Once these are done, I would say the design would be pretty much ready for combat testing, assuming the citadel and detection systems don't pose too much of a challenge, but still, the design still wouldn't be ready 100%. I want to include missiles, torpedoes and countermeasures in the final design. To sum it up: there are a lot of things on my list to do...
As far as a FtD burn-out, maybe try the new land Adventure Mode?
When it comes to other games, ever looked at Generation Zero? I love that game, but have really not found anyone that would take even 10% seriously...so the let's play just looks like an exercise in failure.
Maybe build something in the 100k range, you can finish it in one or two days
I have tried...FTD is a huge time investment.
YOU maybe can...
I'll watch your vr content
Ragnarok vs Turtle Lord
Make tiny planes.
About the tournament: watch out for redundant barges and brrt rails
Would be interested in vr content
How is the ragnarok against 1000m pacs
Dawn of War? Left 4 Dead 2? I feel like we have some co-op games we have in common, we'll be having a great time in the normie penthouse .o.
i got to ask can i run this game on a 700$ laptop pls let me know i like to buy the game
Realistically, I won’t be watching content that isn’t FtD. I won’t unsubscribe, and I see no qualms with you uploading other things, but I am exclusively here for FtD
Sorry
