She hasn’t, she was actually blinded by a radioactive substance that spilled after a car crash where she saved someone’s life by pushing them out of the way. Tragic story, it’s sad and now she cant play video games again.

My boyfriend of 3 years LOVED this game, and LOVED this video.
He unfortunately passed away in May of this year.. but watching this brings back so many feelings and tear of joy that I found it again. ❤️

I know I'm kind of late but I saw Mass Effect in the tittle and couldn't resist watching because Mass Effect is one of the best game series in the entire world.
Mass Effect is one of my favorite games of all time. I never thought I'd listen to an ASMR of Mass Effect.

Matt Brown yeah lol I’ve played through the series twice, second time as femshep and I went in with every intention of saving Kaiden instead that time but I just couldn’t do it. Maybe if they remaster the series for next gen but idk

I have subscribed to a great many ASMR channels and I must say 'Springbok' you have such an adorable and soothing voice along with your expressions that the wonderful ASMR sensation take place right away. Brings back sooo many memories I played through this set of games 3 times and I love it soo so much I will never get enough Mass Effect. Theres not a pretty enough word to describe the Mass Effect Games. But there is one word to describe their lore, Massive and deep. I loved every second of it.

I have watched thousands of ASMR videos. Some of them I come back to every now and then. This is one of them. However, that 'swoosh' portion might be the only sequence out of any video that sends me into a tingle fit every single time.

Holy shit this just triggered a memory for me. Years back, before I knew what ASMR was or even how to explain the tingly feeling, I used to watch a blogger do unboxing videos. I would always go back to their unboxing of the Mass Effect art book video because the sounds of the pages gave me tingles and made me feel good, but I couldnt explain it at the time. Now all of these ASMR channels are popping up and it makes sense to me now, beacuse like myself, so many other people get the same feelings.
I normally use asmr videos to fall asleep and I'm playing the mass effect games right now, and I saw this and it made my night. Thanks for the great video

I'm so frustrated cos I've watched this video so many times that I've developed an "immunity" of sorts and it no longer triggers me like it used to. I'm so sad because it was PERFECT for me :/ and I'm struggling to find something similar. All the other book show and tells I've found don't have ear to ear like this which I adore.

I’ve been following for along time, and recently started watching their videos again, and they are just so calming, they really help with my anxiety. And I find myself rewatching this video a lot, I think it has to do with their voice and and the book/page sounds, and the fact that it’s Mass Effect doesn’t hurt lol.

Quick recommendation: if you like the moral dilemmas in Mass Effect, pick up a book called The Pig that wants to be Eaten by Julian Baggini. It's basically 100 ethical quandries. Nothing as heartbreaking as choosing between Tali and Legion tho. That one killed me. :( Great vid. mpc

Anyway, I just discovered this channel. Pretty good stuff. One of the few ASMRtists who have little to no ambient noise which pleases me (it's not their fault, I'm just picky audio nerd).
