My last video was about my personal top 10 funny MONSTA X moments so here come the inevitable opposite moments.
I hope that me making a top 10 video about MONSTA X's sad moments doesn't seem like I enjoy rating what is the most painful to the members, hell no. Instead I hope that this helps people understand some of the few hardships MONSTA X has gone through.

Few people have asked why I included MONSTA X's first win in a sad moments compilation. First win was definitely a happy moment, but I still wanted to include it because nothing about MONSTA X has ever made me cry like their first win did, I was so happy and lost all capability of holding back my emotions.
Because few other clips show where MONSTA X came from and how hard they worked to both debut and have their first music show win, I wanted to include the first win because it makes it so much easier to understand just how important it was both to the members and the fandom.

hypefestival I do agree...... That first win was bitter sweet.... And the boys were shocked to finally win. They rated their win on Monbebe votes, instead of their own fantastic talent.
It makes me sad that they doubt their talent due to not winning.
Monbebe sees your talent and loves it.... . It may take a while for the rest of the world to see it.

Bruh, No Murcy was the worst show I've ever watched. I watched it and had to watch these boy, hate and just not associate with I.M, and watch them cry as their brothers were eliminated. It was horrifying and horrible. I still wonder if I.M gets scared that he isn't accepted. God I'm actually crying again. Damnit

Honestly I couldn't watch it till the end. And I still can't. It's too painful for me even years after...
I honestly stopped for a month then continue watching it. After that I felt like I've been closer to them. They even replaced my ult group. But NO.MERCY is a mess. It's great but really cruel.
As it's name, No Mercy. The show is really cruel and depress that I couldn't watch it even for one episode. They faced a lot of tough challenges and in a verge of elimination. These boys had been through a lot 😔
Honestly that show is quite cruel, i still got teary eyes till now when I see I.M having hard time, I mean they also did I.M dirty, you can imagine how are they feeling they bro got eliminated than I.M replaced him in almost end of program, I.M went trough a lot i mean all member also, but I.M just went trough painful process

Every time I see Jooheon and Changkyun together for the first time and saying he wasn’t going to speak to Changkyun, I get so sad but then I remember how close they are now and the fact they have Be My Friend and I get a lot happier
I was waiting for no mercy to appear! Honestly I still rewatch and cry when I.M comes in so innocently and cannot be welcomed with open arms.
wonho is probably one of the most expressive people I've ever seen. truly honest and an angel at its finest, i love him.
hey may have been accused of doing things in the past, but things are different now. people change. this guy, this guy is amazing, and tbh, every member in mx is.
they deserve love. right now, they truly need it. we miss you, wonho, and we'll stay strong, mx. he'll come back.
I couldn't bring myself to watch no mercy so i had no idea wonho was in that situation. I feel that he truly appreciates us monbebes. Gosh i love him more now. Take my money and be rich already

Yllasville1110 and in this comeback in an interview about their first paycheck, Wonho said that Starship didn’t want him to be with no money, so his paycheck got split in half so he could pay back Starship because he is the longest trainee among Monsta X, so until he pays back what he owes to Starship he will be getting pay less than the other members

the clip of wonho talking about how he really needed to debut cos of his mother was what made me stanned wonho and then mx as a whole group and I'll NEVER EVER regret it. So thankful that I've got to know these beautiful boys.

Worldwide Mochi honestly same I just bust out in tears and I just realized again how amazing they are and how hard they work.
That No Mercy era TT^TT. Looking back they didn't really wanna talk about I.M but seeing them now they love their maknae and can't seem to get enough of him ♥♥♥.

We won't force anyone to listen to their songs cuz it's about taste and everyone enjoys different things , Monsta X are unique and incomparable , respect them or shut your mouth

I hate how cold everyone was towards Changkyun when he came to No.Mercy, although I understand them, since he came in immediately after Minkyun had been eliminated. When I was watching it, I never had anything against him, since I always thought that he should be alowed to work hard for his dream too. I’m really proud of him, cause he fought through it. If it was me, I would’ve given up.
ok but when they bowed after they got their first win, i seriously lost it.
awards are given to show that their efforts are "recognized" but i just hope that they can also realize that everything they put out is 🔥 (with or without awards.)
but even so, monsta x deserves all the love and support, so quit sleeping on them ha !
I told myself I wasn't going to cry, but I haven't seen the video of them thanking us and when they were on the floor bowing I just got so emotional and started crying so much.
Yea you tell everyone out there. Just stop sleeping on Monsta X and wonho as a soloist Just love those 7 boys so so so much it’s really so sad that they couldn’t get back together but you know we can’t dwell on the past. We just have to not make them feel bad 😞 Reliving this and just be very very happy for all 7 of them. Also thank you for your beautiful words about them.

I'm a new Monbebe and I often see fans who've followed the group for much longer warn newbies about how hard it is to watch No Mercy.
I started watching their appearances on variety shows randomly, starting from the OT7 ones because I didn't know about Wonho leaving until recently, then I got the nerve to finally watch No Mercy. I'm glad I did because it introduced me to the other contestants and it showed that they were all very talented even back then.
It was difficult to watch them so awkward and annoyed at the last-minute change with IM, but watching the Deokspatch (?) vids you can tell they eventually reconcile and I love how far they've come as a group. The reaction was understandable, but it's so sad seeing IM caught in the middle. I also love how Shownu was also showing his strength as a leader, being calm and reasonable about the whole thing and Jooheon trying to get to know IM before working together.
I can't believe I used to think they were so intimidating but now I like them so much because they're all so charming, genuine and dorky. I'll always support Monsta X and Wonho! :)
It’s not IMs fault. They need rappers and that’s part of the being in an idol group, to accommodate the aesthetic and style of the band so gain fandom. It was cruel to the other brothers that got eliminated but the need for monsta x to succeed by having rappers is essential over just keeping them together as original members. Nobody, not even Shownu can say One worked less than the other. They all worked their best but the management needed to fill roles for the job and IM caught a lucky break because of his rapping skills which were essential to the group. Not just good looks. I think the result for the better, but the collateral damage was indeed quite heavy to bear.
It's true, although it was terribly cruel for the trainees, in the end it was still about debuting a new group under Starship, of course their management had to think through what is worth risking and what is not.
I'm a new monbebe and didn't watch No Mercy because I heard the show was so cruel. I thought I wouldn't be able to handle it. Thanks to this video I finally able to understand why Wonho is so sensitive. The more I know him, the more I want to protect him. As someone who has gone through quite similar situation, I could understand his frustration back then. I'll always cheer & support them :) these boys are so precious
And after everything... Everything what Wonho does for fans, after his love, tears and hardworking... We lost him... But for me Monsta X will ALWAYS be 7 💙💜

Man... MONSTA X was so close to winning for Jealousy but Wanna One was around, and now EXO and TWICE are promoting... I hope there will be a win for them soon, just one show where we beat them

Honestly theyve been through so much to get where they are now. It kinda annoys me sometimes that some ppl take it for granted? Kinda? As heartbreaking as this was i feel like its a gd reminder that our boys went through so much and deserve so much better so we have to try our best to give them the results they deserve.
I never knew these boys got closer and became a family for a show called" no mercy" which was completely opposite...what more surprised me was the amount of love they show to their fans..and the way they did a full floor bow to the fans...no idol in the world has ever done that...and looking at wonho being the most amazing humble boy he is, makes me more sad!! my babies are so precious😭 they deserve the world, they deserve all the love in this world, they deserve full-time support, they deserve care and protection, they deserve everything. they keep proving their selves to the world, but it seems like only MONBEBEs sees that pure talent. they’re not just full visuals they’re full of talents.
I wish I could meet these beautiful angels and tell them how much they mean to me and how much happiness they've brought me. At my lowest moments I never thought I would come across monsta x who have changed my life so much and I am forever grateful for this amazing group. Also wonho is such an emotional baby I wanna protect him forever 😂😭😭
Omg this video motivated me so much I was upset with what we have been facing this comeback but when looking back they have come that far they achieve that much , I am so happy for supporting you guys not once I feel sad and wonho I never felt disappointed in MX you guys are the reason why I am going through kpop, please have confidence hard work is paying guys I really wish you all the happiness❤❤

Without a doubt, Monsta X is the group that I will always love because they are what they are.

I honestly love them all so much. Seeing Wonho speak about his mother that way, reminded me when I had no job and my mom helped me out with my bills till she became broke my head hurts.

I hope some people in yesterday who claim to be monbebe see this, those who question why monsta x always comeback at the wrong time, which doubts their ability and quality when compared to other groups. Yes I also understand, who doesn't want my idol to win and the first rank on the all music chart, all would want it, but if we understand to put ourselves as true monbebe, it is impossible to question let alone doubt their hard work, like whatever, monsta x for monbebe is the winner, is the best. The true monbebe must know that all the monsta x from the beginning are really working hard and we are, and therefore, bullshit if a monbebe questions and doubts their ability. Criticizing is not wrong, we also don't deify them, it's just criticizing the builder, which can also provide a solution, not the pretentious and just blame it, but not necessarily also those people never contributed to vote for monsta x.

There aren no rules for what is being a "real monbebe" or a "fake monbebe". As long as you genuinely love MONSTA X, that makes you a fan good enough.
I knew that i'll be crying if i watched this video but i still watched it anyway... i know that even if i watch this 10000 times i'll always cry. Monsta X is the first group that make me feel like this, if they laugh i laugh and if they cry, i'll be crying too...so i always want to do my best to protect and support them because they deserve so much so it makes me very emmotionnal when they think that they're not doing enough for us because everything they do is just perfect and really admirable so i'm so proud to be a MONBEBE AND I'LL FOREVER BE ONE !! *sorry for this loooong confession*

Starship is so cruel, even the JUDGES were crying because they saw how much potential some of those boys have and didn’t deserve to be chucked like that. But I am thankful for the final line-up and very sorry to those who didn’t pass. I hope they are doing well. I cried with them. Thankfully some of them debuted and I am supporting their career’s.

Seeing Wonho in this video just teared me up. I really miss him. I want him back to the group, I want Monsta X to be 7 again. I know it's me being selfish but I really see them happy together with 7. This video is so sad but literally touching at the same time. Especially with Wonho showing how much he loves Monbebe. He has such a great heart and is so sweet. No mercy was honestly such a cruel show. It was heartbreaking watching all that they had went through.
This shows how many obstacles these wonderful individuals had to over come and that makes me more proud of the group I love ❤

Honestly I started this video laughing cuz I know I expected to cry and I didn't cry for the first 2 videos because I've seen ALL these videos before but when Jooheon's parts and Changkyun's part came on I couldn't hold back. Not that the others didn't make me emo but I guess I've just cried with those so much, I was less prepared for the ones I don't watch as often. I was really surprised after knowing that I.M was only added to the show because of the lack of rappers. I expected the other trainees to try easily opening up with him tho. Now that I have watched this, I got very upset seeing them face their hardships and struggles. But now, let us support them for this comeback and for the future and be with them til' the end. When you guys suffer, we suffer too. We Monbebes, depend our life on you. Without you, we are not here today supporting you MONSTA X, fighting! We love you soo much!😘

At the end of their 2019 Houston concert, Wonho was thanking Monbebes for coming and then started crying and said, “Monbebes always give us 100%, but I feel bad because I haven’t been able to give 100% in return”
I wanted so badly to scream that we only give half of what they give us😭💚
What went down in No mercy show took a big wave on I.M and the guys and it just made me cry because it’s hard. Not only that but when Jooehan was so open about what he was feeling made me cry even more because I found myself there once and if it wasn’t for my family friends I wouldn’t be here living . I am grateful to see that the guys support each other because I know it was hard for them to get along when they were in No mercy. Keep pushing forward Monsta x never give up ❤️
It's been about two weeks since I became a Monbebe. I would've stanned them several months ago for their humor, but I didn't. Then suddenly I started listening to their remixes, songs, and a lot of it got me hooked to them. After getting to know the members' personalities a little bit, I went to watch No Mercy. Somehow I was able to complete the show. The show taught me a lot about them and I've developed so much respect for them now. Just seeing how humble they are and how much they've gone through made me fall in love with this group. I might have way too much respect for them, but I don't regret it. They honestly do deserve the world.

I didn’t realize how soft I’ve becomeeeeee when it comes to them🥺 and even tho No Mercy happened 5 years ago. It’s so sensitive but i watched it because when I get into a group I wanna start from the beginning. See where they came from to where they are now. I wanna learn the members one by one. Look at their music before and then now. And then watch their side stuff from the music. Like Vlives and Their shows and stuff. BUT No Mercy was the hardest. I was like “they really didn’t like I.M” but it wasn’t no ones fault that the Producers put I.M in that position. Everyone was stunned but you can see they legit loved him as time went on. When I.M started tearing up Honey face legit changed he was giving I.M a chance he deserved no one should go through stuff alone like that I could really imagine But these boys have went through so much. And is still going through stuff like Wonhos situation that’s been cleared already. But they get hate for no reason and it’s so sad and uncalled for that people hate on them. They are still human. Like the rest of us. Try to live in their shoes. Having Cameras always in their faces. No privacy. No nothing. I understand they chose this path. BUT they didn’t sign up for the hate. The constant nasty comments. The malicious comments at that. They Became who they are because that’s their dream. Their dream don’t need people constantly looking down on them. It’s just wrong. These boys are people’s children just talking about this making me emotional and mad 🙄

honestly i stan a lot of groups but i can definitely tell that Monsta X really love their fans the most. I can see the genuine feeling between Monsta X & Monbebes, i can feel the love and support. Sometimes i even think they love us even more than we do(especially Wonho, i always cry when he talks about us). I’m so happy and proud to be a Monbebe, i really feel like i have a family.
I've know them since their debut BUT I love them since a week ago haha now I'm looking for their show, I mean all about them, and I can't even watch NO MERCY. Think about how IM and hah yah Im done.
