The marshmallow salad is actually really good, at least how my family makes it: marshmallows, coconut shavings, mandarin oranges, pineapples, and (now just trust me here) sour cream, one cup of each and you stir it together. Since his version was so similar only substituting the yogurt for the sour cream, I think that was the problem because it's delicious!
