That clip from “the Big Bang Theory” is so appropriate for this segment. I love Amy’s reaction and it just never gets old seeing it again.
My favorite ever clip from BBT.
It sure is! A TIARA!!! 👸🏼
I’ve always loved the Royal Tiaras. I love seeing the elegant State dinners, when the Royals dress up and wear all those precious jewels. I’m 63 and call myself “Queen Bee”. Now I need my tiara.😂😂😂. Love your channel!❤
Thank you so much!!☺️
And who doesn’t say Oooh! Put it on me⁉️ Put it on me!! From the USA, I sincerely think that the BRF should have at least 6 tiara events a year. They would be able to achieve at least 6 years without a repeat on each working royal female, with different hairstyles. To me, Royals represent history, stability, grandeur and service (hopefully honour as well. Unfortunately, the is not always the case.)
I absolutely ADORE tiaras, and I thoroughly enjoyed this.
The majority of people in the world do not put God first in all things, as he commanded. When this happens, the first thing we lose is our LIFE, the unique personality that comes with all the Heavenly gifts, talents, & character that God created each individual to BE (that he said is 'good'). How does one recognize those who have chosen the world over God? Like Satan, they've become a reflection, a shadow of who they actually are, they've chosen to believe in the characters that the world has made up (that are evil) & they begin to act out the visions of the world. Those who align themselves with God, his teachings, commands & judgments knows immediately who belongs to God & who belongs to the kingdom of the world. The only royalty in this universe is Jesus Christ. Countries like England spend their lives worshiping Satan in his kingdom of evil.
I absolutely adore Tiaras! They are truly the most stunning & feminine forms of regal jewels, & would instantly make you feel like a Queen! This was a comprehensive & fascinating history lesson, which I appreciate very much. One of my favorite lines from a queen of the silver screen was Marilyn Monroe in Gentleman Prefer Blondes. When handed a gorgeous Tiara she says (with sparkling eyes) "I just love finding new places to wear diamonds!" 💖💎👑 Thanks for another awesome and informative video, I thoroughly enjoyed it! 💖
The Empress of Japan has some beautiful tiara's too. Her Chrysanthemum Tiara is simply stunning. Great video Brittany. I love the turquoise ones too. Princess Margaret's was beautiful.
OMG! I love tiaras and I learned so much in this video. I still remember when Elizabeth Taylor wore a tiara to I think an awards show and she was asked why she was wearing a tiara because she wasn't royalty. I think she said something like 'if I want to wear a tiara I damn well will'. So love that attitude! ❤️👑
It was at the Oscars that Elizabeth Taylor wore the tiara. If remembered correctly, her husband at the time (Richard Barton?) was nominated for directing or producing a film. Not sure which one though.
Tiger Princess you don't have to be royal, Aristocrats wives wear them and female family members wear them on their wedding day
Why should tiaras be the exclusive right of royalty? Tiaras are such a womanly thing. Any woman who wants to wear one should go right ahead and do so. It 's not hurting anyone and it makes the wearer feel awesome. 👑 👸 🤴 🤴 👑
I believe it was Mike Todd who gave her a diamond and ruby tiara to go with the diamond/ruby necklace and earrings he'd already given her. She put them all on and swam in their pool. Or so they say.@@kellysunserenity4068
I Is. 😊@@Brembelia
I could watch tiara videos every day and never get bored..
I’ve never been drawn to precious metals, diamonds, jewels once past childhood, with the exception of pearls which I love. When I lived in France where they celebrate La Galette des Rois (Jan 6th), I not only collected the fèves but also the different sorts of cardboard crowns. I did enjoy this film though esp the early history of crowns & tiaras. It must’ve been a lot of work editing everything; you are a hard worker! 👑
Aww, thank you so much Tiffcat! It’s challenging, but I really enjoy it too!!☺️
Girrrl I’ve been waiting all day!! Thank you 👑
Aww, sorry for the delay!! I had some tech issues and editing took me a super long time! Thanks for watching!!
Absolutely loved the detailed history of the origin of tiaras. Thank you.
I also really wanted Catherine to wear the Strathmore Rose tiara for her wedding. I am not a huge fan of the Cartier Halo one that she wore.
I was pretty familiar with the BRF tiaras. I have really enjoyed learning about the tiaras of the other European royal families. There are some beauties amongst them.
Really looking forward to the next one!
Wouldn't it be lovely to see Catherine wear the Strathmore for the Coronation (if it's not deemed too delicate)? I know if a tiara is worn, the better bet would be the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, as Queen Mary was (I think) the last Princess of Wales to attend a Coronation, and that's what she wore. If not at the Coronation itself, I'm assuming there will be some sort of formal dignitary dinner around the Coronation, so perhaps there? A girl can hope. lol
QEII didn't share her tiaras! The other European queens are much more generous, thank goodness.
@@AB2B There is a princess of Wales Coronet which is what the Princess of Wales should wear. It hasn't been worn for @100 years as the last Princess of Wales was Alexandra of Denmark and her husband was already Prince of Wales. Neither Queen Mary nor Queen Elizabeth were Princesses of Wales One Maybe made up if it'd deemed ok as it can still be passed down as part of the Crown jewels
All these tiaras are absolutely gorgeous. I really hope the royals don’t stop using them. I always associate tiaras with the royals
I don't know nothing about tiara's except they're expensive , beautiful and some full of history I'm here to learn more .
i love that you provide so much history ... thank you!
What a FABULOUS look at tiaras!! I love that you built on the history in such a fun and easy to follow way. You are a master at this topic and your joy comes through when you are talking about it. Bravo!! Looking forward to more on this channel - easily becoming my favorite!!!
Yes agreed. Brittany is a natural at these videos - her sincerity really comes through and it just makes the videos all the more enjoyable.
Love this channel Brittany! Wow! l've never seen that Fleur de Lis crown from Spain before! lts GORGEOUS!!!
It’s stunning for sure!!
One of my favorites is the Spencer Family tiara. And remember, it's pearls, tiara, wave!
The Pearl tiara that Diana often wore is the Cambridge Lovers Knot tiara that the queen gifted to her and Kate has also worn it. The Spencer tiara is all diamonds and is the one Diana wore at her wedding and on a number of other occasions. It belongs to Earl Spencer.
@@littleannie390 it is not the Cambridge Lovers Knot but Queen Mary’s Lovers Knot. The last is a copy of the first one, which Queen Mary had made, because she loved the original. The original Cambridge belongs to the Family Weilburg zu Zeill in Germany.
This was freakin’ awesome! I could have watched it for two more hours at least. I was never much of a tiara fan, but now I feel like I’m going to have a whole new hobby!
I think it would be great if Camilla wore the queens mother’s white whale crown at the coronation. Especially after not being able to wear the other one that she wanted to.
Also, I love how Queen Elizabeth kept all of those crowns for herself. As it should be! I would kill to see that orange one though.
Thanks for this!
There is a special crown for the Queen Consort. Unfortunately it contains the Kohinor diamond that the Indians are all up in arms about. Prince Albert had it installed in the Crown by not so expert diamond workers and it has been damaged. If the Indians want the diamond so much they should have asked Queen Elizabeth. She would have been so empathetic.
@@sheilaghbrosky4150 there are a 3/4 Queen Consort crowns in the Tower. Interestingly the Queen Adelaide Consort Crown has been removed from its home in the Tower of London in the past couple of months. The Kohinoor could always be replaced, if need be, but the Indian Gvt have said they have no claim over it (2016). I believe, when it was given to Queen Victoria there was some kind of document handing it over.

Yeah I want to wear my husband’s mommy’s favorite at his coronation
@@beantrader4723 Should should have liked King Charles' recent coronation at which he was presented with a Bible with the words, "We present you with this Book, the most valuable thing that this world affords. Here is Wisdom; This is the royal Law; These are the lively Oracles of God.”
Thanks for the tiara master class. I knew nothing about tiaras, until this video. Now, I will be paying more attention.
This was fabulous. I absolutely love the cameo tiara.
Yes! That cameo tiara is amazing!
love this new fashion/tiaras show.. I think brides who wear tiaras are especially regal looking for that special day, it is so beautiful as you see more of it lately & it would be a great family heirloom to pass down to your child.
Princess Madeline looks good in everything
Great job! I loved the information about the other royals and their tiara’s. My favorite is the lover’s Knott because I love both diamonds and pearls, cannot go wrong with those❤
Tiara Tuesday! Amy truly channeled my love of sparkly tiaras.
This was the content I didn't know I needed. I, as well as so many, have always had a love for tiaras. I guess it is the feeling of being a princess right? I did wear a fun costume tiara when I turned 30. It made me so happy. This was a great 101 and I look forward to hearing more about the histories on the different tiaras and other jewels. Thank you for all of your work on this.
Etruscans are from eastern Italy roughly Tuscany & surrounding area. Love the history you give on these pieces
Absolutely gorgeous!
Loved this! I can hardly wait for the coronation!
Great new channel! Looking so forward to learning all about fashion, jewels and especially TIARAS!! Thanks Brittany!
Thank you so much Sherry!!
Wonderful episode Brittany! You’ve put a lot of effort into sharing your passion and knowledge of tiaras for novices like me. I now appreciate from your content how tiaras transcend jewellery. What makes them priceless is how they are symbolic and steeped in tradition, family, history etc. Bravo!!
Amy was definitely channeling how I feel about Tiaras 😂! I wish there were occasions for common folk to wear them. As it stands I cannot justify buying one because I almost never go anywhere interesting. Wearing it to the grocery store would well raise some eyebrows 😅
Can I say how much I loved this video? I will avidly be watching every week. Can’t wait!
This was fabulous - I really enjoyed it.........THANK-YOU!!
This is great!! Thank you, I regularly watch your channel and have been waiting for this one!
You're doing an awesome job at explaining things in terms we can all understand.
Bravo 🎉🎉🎉🎉, I’m hooked. Thank you Brittany. From Southwestern Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦🙏💖🙏🇬🇧
I believe the Etruscans were in what became Eastern Italy.
Great video! The Aquamarine & Amathyst tiaras are my favorites!
Those tiaras are stunning. I have fine slippery hair and it would be difficult to wear one for me, not that I have been close to wearing a tiara, ever. One can fantasize though!!!
Tiaras are beautiful. My favorite British Royal Tiara is the Lovers Knot Tiara. Both Catherine, and Diana before her, look fabulous wearing it.
I love your new channel! I've always been fascinated with the royal families and their jewels. And tiaras...love,love,love them! I think it's wonderful you're giving the history of many of the pieces. You're doing a great job with both of your channels and definitely a great addition to UA-cam.
Just got in from work and couldn't wait to watch this. Didn't disappoint I loved it x
Oh I love what you just said!! It’s the history!!! It’s the time and the connections. The jewels are terrific, the diamonds, gems, but the history is everything!!
I am so happy , you are feeding the history nerd in me ! I think this content is very important ! You are my spirit animal, lol . Great job , keep up the great work .
Thank you so much!!
this was lovely, i’m excited for this channel and i’m looking forward to tiara tuesday’s!
I loved loved loved this video!!!
What a beautiful video. It was so much fun to watch and learn from this amazing presentation. Thank you so much!
FABULOUS!!! Can't wait for your next installment. Thank you 😊
I loved this episode on Tiaras so gorgeous 👸 I love diamonds 💎 and all gemstones.
More wonderful and interesting information from you! Thank you!
I'm really enjoying this channel as well. Thanks for all your hard work x
I appreciate it Julie, thank you!! ☺️
Hi Brittany! I am a long time subscriber of RNN. I'd like to tell you I enjoy every video you post in that channel and today, I'd just subscribed to RFN. I am sure I am gonna enjoy learning more about royals and royal life from this channel. When this channel blows up, I am going to go back to this message and feel proud that I was one of the the first ones to watch it grow. ❤
Aww, thank you so much!! Yes! I’m so excited for this channel, in addition to RNN, because I don’t think there’s anything like this out there! I’m so thrilled with how it’s grown and it may get even bigger to RNN!!🥹 Thank you for your support!!
Absolutely loved this video. It was so much fun seeing all the different tiaras from each country and I learned so much. Thank you.🙂🙂
The steel cut tiaras 😍😍
They’re so incredible and unique! I know some don’t like them, but I do!
Thank you soooo much 💓
All the tiaras were beautiful! My favorite ones have my birthstone "Emerald" Blessings from Texas 🇺🇸 ❤️
I am so excited for the next episode! I really love jewels with history and connection to the past and a different time! Thank you so much and lots of love from South Africa!
So enjoyed the video!
The Aqua Marine is my favorite! I’m about to get a car that is about that color! I can’t wait!!!!!
Thank you for documenting us on the royal crowns.i love the wearing of crowns by queen Maxima of the netherlands, awesome collection of beauty. Hello from France.
Not to be mean but crowns and tiaras are different things. Crowns are regalia and tiaras are jewellery.
Who doesn’t love tiaras !❤ Loved seeing the centuries old tiaras.
Fascinating! Seeing these made my heart sing, I love jewelry and tiaras are the queens of jewelry.
Love this channel. And I never knew how much history there is to tell with these tiaras.
Bravo Brittany! Loved this tour of some of the European Royal Tiaras. Looking forward to more detailed information and history on individual pieces and I think this channel is going to be very successful indeed.
I’m buying myself a tiara for Christmas & will wear it around the house whenever I need to
Thank you so much for this channel! 👑
Aww, I’m so glad!! This content is so fun!!
Loved watching this! I'm always happy to watch a parade of tiaras. I'll recommend this to some friends who are also magpies. Just a couple of quibbles - the BRF doesn't have the Cambridge Lover's Knot. Queen Mary had a lover's knot made to look like the CLK, but the original still resides with the original family. They look very similar though. Also, kokoshnik is pronounced similar to "cocoa." Russian really puts one's mouth through some exercise! 😆 my Russian teacher always said Americans were lazy speakers. 😆
Looking forward to seeing more tiaras from around the world! Great start!
Girls of Great Britain tiara is one of my very favorites!!!!
My Lord, Queen Maxima is beautiful! She’s the most beautiful of all.
your background as a historian really helps with many of these videos. you always give historical perspectives which is important when speaking about royals and monarchy.
Aww, thank you so much!!
This is fantastic. I can’t wait to see more on the history of each.
Love !!!
I loved this episode on Tiaras so gorgeous l love diamonds and all gemstones.👑💗
Great content and I am really enjoying your fashion channel. It is interesting to see the jewels being worn by the European Royals. Seeing the same ones in the UK can be a little boring. Let's hope that Camilla and Catherine will open the box and pull some amazing new ones out. Time will tell.
I really hope everyone is in gowns and tiaras at Charles’s coronation and not in tea length dresses and hats the British seem to enjoy.
That “Girls of GB and Ireland” tiara is amazing! I hope Kate wears it, too beautiful to be shelved.
Big Bang clip-awesome! I love the headband tiara's,they are not overly large,or tall. This was a very informative video, please show other styles of "royal jewellry". Best of luck to you on your "New Venture". Donna,USA. 😊😊
Btw, Queen Silvia found the steel tiara in a dresser (!) by accident in the late 70's..
Wonderful episode Brittany, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I especially loved the history of the tiaras and the family connections. You put a tremendous amount of work into this video, and I thank you. I look forward to more tiara videos. I really enjoy your fashion channel. ❤🇺🇸
Excellent vlog I am glad you are looking at all the Royal Houses.
Yep, I love tiaras! From any royal family!
Thank you so much!!
Loved this video... give us more
This has been the fastest I've subscribed to a channel. Love your style!! I was at the Sothebys exhibition of Tiaras in London with the Jubilee. Amazing. Took photos of everything I could. Thanks for amazing video, you made no mistakes!!!
Ah I was waiting for this one!
Fabulous video.
So interesting and a treat for the eyes. I also appreciate your narration, and how it’s just like you’re talking to me. Thanks.
Hi Brittany love the video.
I hate how Me-gain allegedly complained about the tiara she borrowed for her wedding. In my opinion it is the most beautiful out of the 4 bridal photos you showed side by side. I like something that goes with everything which is why the emerald tiara threw me off. Don’t get me wrong it is still beautiful. My pickiness would just push me to pair it with a dress of the same color.
Also: Thank you SO MUCH for the amazing content on both channels. Love all of your videos!
Thank you for this absolutely gorgeous historical video. Very much enjoyed this! Love your new channel. Thank you.
Brittany this was a fantastic show and can’t wait to hear more history of the royal’s gems. Your love of this topic shines through w/your depth of knowledge and excitement in your voice. I look at this channel as a history/teaching channel, please do not worry how much time it takes to discuss the topic. Do not put a self imposed time limit on yourself since you are not repeating the same information and you are teaching those of us who are interested. Obviously 3 hours would be a tad long, lol! In this type of setting I think the speech pattern can be slowed down so we can absorb all that you are offering to us in knowledge. Since you are, after all, teaching a class😊slow down just a tad so we can embrace all of it. It was a wonderful history lesson, thank you!
Thank you so much Michele! Yes, I noticed in editing I had talked a little fast, so I’m going to work on slowing down for these types of videos! Thanks for watching!!
@@RoyalFashionNews I fully enjoy all of your videos. Your love for the topic shines through and hearing the happiness is your voice always brings a smile to my face. Thank you for all the time you put into your channels! I would love to travel w/you, however, due to health issues it won’t be a possibility. So instead I’ll live vicariously through you and your travels!
Wow, love this!! I did not know even a fraction of all this amazing jewelry AND history! Thanks for all your work putting this together.
Absolutely adore both your channels, I’m so happy I found them. I’ve always been obsessed with history and royals my whole life 👑
I’m watching this in January 2024 and Kate has busted out the strathmore rose. It’s fun hearing you talk about it in the past.
Loved the video, Brittany! Thank you! ❤❤
I'm looking forward to Tiara Tuesdays! I know everyone loves the British tiaras, and they are more well known, but I am a huge fan of the Spanish tiaras.
Great episode! Tiaras❤
I like the coronets and the bandeaus
Loved this video! Learned so much and such interesting details. I was surprised by how much I liked the turqoise ones and I absolutely love the steel-cut ones. Not sure if it's possible but can you turn on your subtitles for this video pls? Thanks Brittany.
Aww, thank you so much!! So unfortunately there’s no way to turn subtitles on, you literally have to create them or drop a transcript in.😔 But im hoping to get them there at some point and for these I should probably talk a little slower! I was just rushing to get it done! ☺️
Brittany! Such a sparkling video! Impressive!!! 💋❤💎🌺💍🏵🥇❄🎀✨💋
Wow! Who would have thought there was so much behind the Tiara! Thank you for the class! I would totally pass on those "starter" tiaras!
Thanks for doing this, I love royal jewels.
They're just stunning... thank you
Loved that friends clip..puts my feelings for them out there. Cannot decide whether diamonds or gemstones so going for both. Love seeing my birthstone, sapphire, in tiaras. But my favourite one that I have noticed is the Cambridge lovers knot catherine wears it so well.
I absolutely loved this. I appreciate the History you’re giving us too.
The only thing I would change is the placement of your crown emblem. It covers some of the tiaras you’ve shown. Maybe put it in the bottom corner?
You could include a clip of Gentlemen Prefer Blondes in a future video, I always laugh when Marilyn says: "I just love finding new places to wear diamonds". So true!
🤩 Wow! Almost 10 K followers after a few days ‼️ Just goes to show how much we love ❤️ you Brittany 😊
