I still go to watch a movie at this one place that I always went towards because of the staff that are always sweet and friendly towards me. I just saw a movie last weekend. This theater has been opened since 1997. It has 6 theaters. It is the closest one near me. I don’t liked to go bigger theater places with a lot of theaters anymore. It is just the drive for me. There is also a drive in theater that is open in May towards the end of September or early October. I don’t go to the drive in theater no more. I’m not as young as I was in my mid 30’s. I’m a little bit older now these days. It was fun to go to the drive in theater when I was a kid.
It would be so nice if we could still live like that. No pandemics, no government controlling our lives, no stupidity, and no idiotic president. I'd like to go back to 11/16/1998.

I was working as usher one day, in August. I saw this 10-year old girl wearing this very heavy winter coat...zipped all the way up. It was like 85 outside and 85 humidity! I said "Miss, can you please unzip your jacket?" She hesitated, then unzipped to reveal a HUGE BAG of Cheese Puffs. I laughed, confiscated them, and I ate them with a friend. No I'm just kidding! We gave them back to her.
If you have any Canadian theatres in the 1990s and 2000s or earlier, that would be appreciated. I remember watching Mighty Joe Young, Small Soldier, Quest for Camelot and Mulan in theatres. There were two theatres in my area at the time and amazingly, they remained open until 2019 (the Quest for Camelot and Mulan theatre) and midway during the pandemic (the theatre where I saw Small Soldiers). This was also the year I went to my first stadium seating theatre (which is still open and frequently visited by me today), and that's where I saw a Bug's Life and Prince of Egypt. Those certainly were the days.

This was the weekend before Wild Things came out and US Marshals came out the weekend before. I think The Man In the Iron Mask came out this weekend and Titanic was still big around this time at the box office, so this was a big-time for Leonardo DiCaprio. I remember seeing Scream 2 like the 4th time around this time as I think I went to the theater the week after to see Scream 2 and Wild Things together.

My sisters used to wear denim overalls in the mid to late 90s. I would see that style with younger ladies. I thought it was pretty cool. And also men wearing loose striped polo shirts were a thing also. I used to wear striped polos often as a kid/teenager. I kinda wanted to fit in lol

Man 98 when I was 15 years old our hangout was always the mall during the day then hit up movies at night on the weekends. Great times!!
