Renovate. No matter where you go. There will be trouble. Like you said. Every house you been leaked. You lo need your house blessed. We have a massive leak before. Pray .They found 2 problems electrical, water, and sewage .It was 20 years but, they solve the problem. 🙏🏼 pray. God will show you. He will confirm it. He did it for me. I believe it for you as well.

There is no guarantee that the new house won't have water problems - I know from experience. The chipping on the waterfall in your pool and the walkway near the pool is due to weather problems and the fact that the walkway probably did not dry completely through. I just had steps to the house replaced last year and has been cracking like yours and chipping - two contractors came out to give me estimates and both said the same thing. My neighborhood has had more water leaks in the last two years than in the 45 years my next door neighbot has lived here. Due to the hot weather and rain lately the city has been doing more repairs. Think long and hard before you really decide to move. You might be able to get blueprints from the city or county you live in because contractors usually have to file them before building to get permits to build. Good luck with the repairs on the house. HOpe Jared can fix the vacuum - my two dogs pulled my vacuum cord out of the wall while playing tug of the war and luckily it was still under warranty and It was fixed.

Oh dear with all the different ares of water damage that seem to constantly be happening at your house it seems to me that from the original build there have been corners cut as far as the entire plumbing is concerned. Even the same patch on the back area peeling maybe its just very damp and wet all under your house and it rises and causes that too? We have concrete that looks wet even though no water gets to it from above it comes up through the ground. How frustrating for you all, i agree Shelley moving seems like a good option.
I bought a shark vacuum on their website in 2013 with a lifetime warranty..I use it multiple times a day and I've only needed them to replace 1 small part..best $300 I've ever spent.

We are always having plumbing issues! We live in CA and faucets, toilets all need to be low flush/low pressure. You can't even buy anything else here. And you can't even order from Amazon to have them sent because they don't allow them to be sent to CA. Same with certain light bulbs. Unfortunately, when our house was built they did not use a lot of fall for the pipes to the sewer and the low flush/low pressure does not do the job well. Plumbing is always clogging up. My husband did replace all the pipes as they used cast iron when this house was built in '66 and they totally rusted out but they still get clogged a lot. I would like to replace all the faucets and buy them in AZ when we are there next time but the ones we have are fairly new so that will have to wait. By the way, Anavaeh's eyes are so beautiful! I was really noticing them in this video.
We're having some floors changed and we found water damage on our middle floor in our livingroom that's rotted part of the floor that's sitting on a metal beam 😢 but thankfully it's an easy fix and will be done tomorrow and our new floors are being installed nxt week. Definitely sounds like you have dome bad juju going on maybe you need to manifest some good luck 🍀

And don't forget all the times Shelly and Jared drop everything they have to help Crystal and Aaron when Aurora has to go to the hospital urgently! These are the nicest families

Maybe the water pressure up to high from the road to your home. I had the city come turn down the pressure and it was so much better. So have them come check the pressure. It's a pain but I had my water line break and my sewer backed up in my basement. It cost a lot but I think of it this way I have a new house now. Good luck!!

We have had the same issue all our places have had water issues. Crazy! Also love the family jokes about the chicken. Every time we get a rotisserie chicken we are like “now that’s a mother clucker!”
When I was a toddler I moved once and then between the ages of 11-19, I moved 12 times. My recent move being 4 months ago. So in total I have moved 13 times and counting because I plan on moving again sometime in the future. Also, 4 out of those 13 moves were overseas.
It does get frustrating when things keep going wrong. We had our fridge die. Then the lawnmower broke. {We have 10 acres) The people that were supposed to seal the driveway never showed up. New roof was put on and they never put the gutters back the right way so the rain just pours off and makes huge puddles. The deck has a hole in it. It never ends.
Suggestion, for the kids' rooms get them the electric brooms and only use vacuums for the other rooms. I think that you should put the 90k into the house for the architect approval, do the interior design after price comparing the neighborhood. I think the kids should be watched more. Maybe they are putting something in the toilets. Have your plumbing, pools, and other things checked regularly. Like the kids' chores. CHECK LIST. BUILD UP EQUITY....WHOSE GONNA BUY IT?

You can’t run from…or in your case out swim your problems. I’d add up the cost to get everything fixed/renovated the way you want then consider the cost of a move and see which one makes more financial sense. Best of luck to you!
Regardless it all has to be fixed before you can sell it🤷 so decide after. Do it soon though or you will end up with what your sister went through and a portion of the house unusable for months! Worse with sewage in a living area in the basement. Truthfully until fixed those kids should not be down there and their clothes will soak up that smell. Been there! NOT fun and ours was due to 3 days of nonstop rain that backed up.
Did you not have warranty's with the pipe work, as you said it was not too long ago that you had them repaired. Also may be time to get some insurance for these kind of problems. Cheaper to fix the problems, than it is to move. Fix it up and make it your own.

I got a couple $40 cordless ones from aldis and if they are properly emptied and the filter is cleaned they work great lol

Shelly uour not ungrateful it's very frustrating when you buy a house and various issues come up sometimes again and again....looks like a big and expensive job to..if you buy a new house you will have to check it thoughrly,good luck with everything.Also it depends how old the pool/basket ball is?😊❤

You can’t run from…or in your case out swim your problems. I’d add up the cost to get everything fixed/renovated the way you want then consider the cost of a move and see which one makes more financial sense. Best of luck to you!
Regardless it all has to be fixed before you can sell it🤷 so decide after. Do it soon though or you will end up with what your sister went through and a portion of the house unusable for months! Worse with sewage in a living area in the basement. Truthfully until fixed those kids should not be down there and their clothes will soak up that smell. Been there! NOT fun and ours was due to 3 days of nonstop rain that backed up.
Did you not have warranty's with the pipe work, as you said it was not too long ago that you had them repaired. Also may be time to get some insurance for these kind of problems. Even if you decided to move you would have to have these things repaired in order to sell. Happy the kids are settling back to the routine of school. Good luck Braxton hope you make the team.
