Marvelous tile flooring with shining, glass-like appeal . But ‘calms’ with the oak flooring in BdRs. Colored decors will also calm the whitish/glossy look of foyer/great room. Primary suite is Sweet with the fireplace for those cozy nights ❤❤!! Master bath is beautiful/perfect. Mr. Rankin, you know I love homes like this. I could live here! Great home and tour. I am not loving the extra whiteness but I appreciatethe the small pops of color. It just seems cold & sterile to me. The kitchen was different, and the living room was nice but still cozy. The laundry room was nice. The pantry space was pretty nice & spacious. The media room was a nice addition. However, I love the white oak flooring, with no carpet, there will be a lot of swiffering going on. (cleaning service on speed dial).😂 Primary bedroom was nice & simple, the en suite was ok. I like the tub in the shower. I would keep it zero threshold and a secondary sprayer shower head. Fireplace. ...yes!! Dual closets...yes! 2 water closets are necessary. -2 points. Overall, a very nice, modern property with jyst tge right amount of space. I just can't with the blinding white everywhere. I would definitely tone it down.

Lovely home. Love the floors (I am huge on accent rugs) and overall feel and the fact that it’s one level the older I get. I do wish there was a longer foyer and not just walking right into my front room and kitchen. Mud room was nice but I do wish there were hooks to hang coats for the family when they come inside. The master suite was lovely but I don’t like having an entrance to my patio while sleeping on a main floor (gated or not) - if it were a lanai or patio outside my master suite on the second floor, I’d be all for it. Next, the master bath was so divine minus the tub and shower combo - it takes away the feel of just wanting to soak but in most Asian style homes, the showers are the first thing to step into and then you soak for relaxing purposes (I can appreciate that). Wish there was just more room for the tub / shower area is all. Last, I wish the outdoor patio was screened in and extended a bit more as well. Overall phenomenal tour. Unsure how this popped in my feed but I’m glad it did. Blessed new year to all.
Wow I am blinded this house is way too white can you imagine a wet dog walking in that house and giving a shake holy nightmare LOL I do love the layout but you have got to change some colors. I do love your videos though Marcus you're a great host and I love your giggly excitement it shows you love what you do have an awesome day.
Lots of exterior space, this house would be a Gardners or Landscapers dream. I adore the oatmeal tile (should have been throughout the house), the wood floors in the bedrooms throws off the color pattern. Carpet would have been a better solution and a better transition from a cold floor. The light fixtures in the kitchen, and dining area were fabulous. For a newer modeled home I was expecting to see more modern gadgets, autowave sink, lighting under the cabinets etc. I'm sure those are optional upgrades, wished to have seen them in the model. The furniture, along with the decor placements presents a warm, elegant, and unique style to the house. I wish builders would stay away from using black and white for fans, door trimming, etc. Its dull, dark and cold. I don't know what kind of privacy glass that is on the primary side door, not a fan of that either. For 1.3 million this home could have done a lot better on the interior, room size, the formal dining area, and at least add a prep kitchen (especially in Texas ) but it makes up for it in the exterior. Beautiful home nonetheless.
