I used to go hillclimbing in Livermore ca,,at Carnegie with my dad when I was 11yrs old until about 16. I'm 37 now and those were the best and only times I did anything with him so it was so special and dear to me now thinking back. I wish I knew then that it was going to be all I had to reminisce of now. I hope any kids reading this realize now how important and special times like this are spending time with family n friends doing one of the dopest most extreme hobbies there is;] Be safe,,keep riding,,keep climbing.
I remember those little red beasts! I remember tooling around at my friend's XR80 and then CR that was around that year was a different animal! Don't you know my first bike was a CR125 at 15 after experiencing that little beast! My dad got it as payment after doing some excavating for them. I remember he was acting like he was trying to sell it. I started telling him I started I would do extra work at school to get good grades, extra chores a whole list!
I was 11 when my dad brought me my first bike a 90s cr85 red rocket thing was stupid first time on it went through the back fence and up the hospital lol burnt the inside of my leg on the pipe balls the lol great memories kept that bike years I’m 24 now and have a 02 rm85 that I’m making fully street legal lights and all the rest top spec race bike since that red rocket could say I got a 85 fetish lol I’ve had a good fair share
That's so cool, getting our kids out there and showing them what racing/competition is all about, and how much fun it can be! Right on! Start them young, and teach your children well.......!!
Yeah I think at least a bit of competition at a young age is very important. Gotta learn to lose in life. It’s not all winning but you can still have a hell of a time
Something different than behind a Playstation ... . The smell, the sound, the atmosphere, of the hillclimb: indescribable. Besides, I didn't even know kids did this.
My son is just about to turn 2 and this makes my eyes water from the thought of the future bonding experiences ahead of us 💙 This is all about the bonding of father and son ! not competition that comes later lol
Love the Proud Dads There!!! I Favourite Part of this Type of Race is the Kids Never Get Hurt as they Don’t Get up Much Speed or have Big Spills looks Like So Much Fun!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

My dad bought me a little RM 50 Suzuki when I was 5 yrs old. Now many bikes later and many years later I done got old. But I still mess with old Harleys. Shit gets in your blood for life.
The most fun to watch is the little dudes, and dudettes, I would go to the local mx track, drop off my neighbor kid and back my p/u right up to the track and get my lawn chairs and cooler just to watch the little guys!!!
I love it! We're about to get beginner dirt bikes for our twin girls. They'll be 4 in October, and they already love riding on the motorcycles with us between us and the tank!
Per queste partenze bisogna insegnargli prima i bilanciamenti sul piano partono tutti sul molle sopra il serbatoio col corpo posizione scorretta ma il corretto e in piedi testa avanti e culo indietro bisogna insegnargli da piccoli
Still can’t stand those fathers etc. who are all over the riders. Pushing the bike, putting it in gear, reving the motor, wtf? Helicopter parents . Also the skill level of most of those kids is too low, kinda dangerous

Cool to see kids still into that kind of shit and not sitting in a basement playing war simulator video games.
