I can understand where you're coming from when you say that you get bored of podcasts that always start with the guest's personal story and youd rather jump right into real world application of their experience, or "tips and tricks." On the other hand, not having the guest share their story, leaves them as a stranger to me. I'm about half way through this video and I'm just learning that Ashley is an actress - of course it doesnt diminish from what she's saying but knowing where her experience lies makes her perspectives more understandable. Not a criticism, just something that caught me off gaurd while I was listening along. I'd love to hear more about y'alls experience Edit: I'm about 3/4 the way through the video and am now learning that Ashley also works as a videographer, leading her own commercial projects as well as teaching video-centric classes.
Thanks for the feedback. I am definitely still figuring out podcasting and this is good to know. This one was off the cuff and I need to build more structure.
