ruan mei occurrence is very rare to get, I did a LOT of simulated universe and never encountered ruan mei occurrence once. It's pretty much a W if you get ruan mei occurrence lol
My first Swarm V win was entirely because of the Ruan Mei occurrence. I was on the third plane, missing several critical blessings to not get instantly whooped, and I hit that beautiful occurrence. Got ALL the blessings of Elation on the last domain before the beetle. Blade proceeded to one shot each wave with his followup. It was glorious. We stan Ruan Mei.
For future reference if u use another ruan mei or get a ruan mei when using her technique that breaks them before the battle starts in the simulated universe only when using the technique Any element even the ones that dont break its sheild will break its sheild so if there is a enemy that isnt weak to lightning u can use ruan mei technique and the kafka's attack will count as breaking its sheild

You basically get 80% Break Efficiency in SU with Ruan Mei lvl 10 skill together with that 2* Nihility blessing
