I find myself in conflict and truly saddened by your comment Yet after what I have witnessed since Trump was elected in 2016 and the shenanigans that the Democrats got up too in order to win 2020 and now the insidious lawfare to try win 2024, I have to agree with you. It is not salvageable - even if they expel the Progressives, they have people like Schiff and Goldberg plus Nadler, Schummer and too many who are tainted with a touch of insanity. Power corrupts and they have really to all intents and purpose being in power since GHW Bush lost to Clinton.
As I South African, I can see us possibly going into a breakdown after our election on the 29th of May. Never in all my 70 years have I seen such despondency, even at the darkest hour of the Apartheid rule.
The ANC, have kept our lights on for the 32 days and this is all just an election ploy. The are burning billions of $ (Rand) Diesel took keep the lights on and fool their voter base. But as they polls show, many are frustrated with the ANC and the likes and they may not achieve the 50.1% required to win and may not even get 40%. If that is the case, they will switch off the power grid and take the country by "power" (excuse the pun) in collaboration with Malema of the EFF. By the time the power is restored, we will be another Venezuela. They, like the modern Democrats only care about power - not the populace.
What do the Democrats actually do for their people? Look what they have done to NY, Chicago, LA and any Blue run state or city!?
If Democrats bail on the Convention it makes Chicago Look Real Bad...but memories of 68 are strong this year.
