They make lovely beer, I'd always drink it when in Limerick but sadly it's very hard to find in Cork. Kev is someone you could listen to all day, he seems like someone who really knows his stuff 🍻
If you're going to name a stout Sarsfield, surely the branding is crying out for 1600's man in a wig carrying a sword, rather than SARSFIELD in weird typeface?
You’re the only fella who thinks this. Did you know the only reason extra cold Guinness exists is because of lazy barkeepers? Guinness should be served at 42 degrees. Most bars keep their cellar at 38 degrees or lower and don’t want the hassle of keeping two separate zones for the kegs. There’s a reason why the best pubs don’t serve extra cold.
Fascinating video , love seeing behind the scenes . Hopefully more content like this please 🙏
Great to see lads with proper passion for the craft, will defo give it a shot next time I’m down
Thanks Daragh. I'm a part-time homebrewer myself, so really appreciated this one. Very interesting content

What a banger
Samuel Smith Extra stout is far superior to Guinness, stronger abv and a bigger taste
Speaking for myself, I cant get past "flavored beer", Its just wrong for me.
Guinness extra cold > regular Guinness
Murphys and Beamish > Both.
