@@randiracesbikes Been researching a lot how to improve myself. A lot of videos on strength, particularly unilateral squats, bulgarian squats and working on explosiveness with plyometrics.
@@ZwiftDude yeah those are very helpful with developing a higher peak sprint! My weight lifting is focused on just being a strong person overall. One day I may get interested in doing plyometric style exercises again 🤔
