Well, for starters remove the washer and pan and clean up the water.. which I'm sure you have. To clean out the drain pipe in the floor you can pick up an inexpensive snake to send down there to clean out any clog that may be in there. Then pour some water down it to be sure it's clear before reinstalling the pan. It's for this reason I recommend, as per the video, sealing around the gap between the floor drain and the floor. Mine backed up and leaked under the pan any ideas on what to do ? Or how can i clean the clog in the drain pipe in floor?
