I have a Tracfone Blu View 5 and have been making videos with it and would like to be able to use filters but it looks like filters are only available for photos? It's a bummer because the last Tracfone I had was smaller and older and seemed to have a lot more fun features to customize photos and it allowed me to use filters with video as well. My new one seems to have next to nothing. Are they just cutting extra features out these days to make a cheaper phone?
I just bought this phone and it's the best ultra budget phone I've ever seen. It has a crazy amount of storage (64!!!) and has perfectly acceptable performance and is actually on Android 14 amazingly. This phone has 3 cons: -Lots of bloatware slowing it down that can be disabled but not deleted. This is also a privacy concern -No removable back -Locked to TracFone If not for these, this would actually be what I call a good phone that would be worth like $150. But it's these things that actually allow Verizon to sell it for a loss, so you get what you get
The removable back isn't really a con since it's such a cheap phone. If you have to change battery, just buy a new phone. There is a way to unlock the phone outside of paying the plan but you'll have to ask around deep in forums or pay some one to do it. The bloat ware is ok. Aside from that it's the perfect burner phone if you use only wifi
Thanks for the review. I'm a basic user - no gaming; very little streaming/listening - so it seems like it'll work as a replacement for my TCL. I sure wish there were still some 5.5 screens out there - other than the pricey Apple one.
I bought this a few months ago to replace my last phone, upgrading from a View 2. My only real complaint is how incredibly slow and laggy it can get. Even right out of the box, it was slow. So much so that it almost makes me want to get another phone. Otherwise, it is / would be a great phone for only 30 bucks.
I don't understand English but with the help of the translator I was able to guide myself a little. I still have a question, how do you use the second camera?
I'm not sure if it's just the one I got, but this must be theee slowest phone that I've used.. I bought this as just a secondary phone for work and GPS and things like that when I'm driving trucks. But I've got to tell you this thing literally takes like 10 seconds to load pages sometimes ..anything from UA-cam to the GPS app takes a long time loading, along with plenty screen freezes and crashes..it may be because it only has 3 gigs of ram and a low tier chipset that came out in 2018..similar specs to the moto g pure but worse performance for me at least
When you consider the price it doesn’t seem like a bad phone at all. But, Blu lower end phones might not even be worth the price because of how slow performance is. I believe some prepaid carriers have the Moto G 5g 2024 for anywhere between $40-$60. Straight Talk has the Motorola G Power 2024 I believe for free if you buy their expensive plan(unlimited). For that, either of the Moto phones are much better all around performers. If Blu would put better processors in and optimize their UI, then these phones would be a great bargain.
I have the phone and it does allow you to use hotspot..but to have that have it with the plan that you use. I'm actually using SafeLink with the lifeline program and I can use hotspot on it with that
So many phones sigh!!!!! I just upgrade from the blue view 2 and then the 3 to a Samsung galaxy s23 fe!!!! I won't go back and am not interested in any phone love my new phone and I can play dbd!!!!!! Looks and runs great nice review my advice.....skip these phones go with samsung!!!!! Highly recommend the s23 fe!!!!!
Google tells me phone management software is not bloatware. Does this phone have phone management software that screws with everything? (An example would be Samsung's software. So in addition to my own gmail account, I have to have a Samsung account too on my stupid A03S. It forced me to do a hard reset today.....so I'm avoiding phone management software!)

Good mini review, thanks. You can save yourself a lot of crapware by blocking mobile services app.
Ive learned that you can also use safelink, straight talk, simple mobile, and net 10.. which are all partnered with TracFone

Thanks for the video Sir.
I will be waiting for the pro version review.
Coming soon!

If you could believe it I'm watching this video on that phone 🤯
Does it lag badly?

For a smart phone that's literally just 30 bucks. It doesn't seem that bad. I might consider it if my phone just completely bricks.
It sucks but it's amusing if your broke or homeless you will enjoy it.
@@gotsm9959 Well yeah. Duh. I don't expect much from something that costs as much as a pair of Walmart headphones.

Cool how about the new Simple Mobile HMD Vibe, 64GB, Black - Prepaid Smartphone $39.99
Just curious why?
To me, it seems like it has the same specs as this phone and costs $10 more.
@@UndergroundTechtrue I just can't believe the phone is $29.99 😮 as always great video keep the budget phones alive some of us need them 😁
No. the hmd vibe has a snapdragon 680 on it. And it's had 90hz screen!@@UndergroundTech
Even with their more expensive phones, speakers have always been their weakness.
Definitely am looking ta save up for this phone. Very affordable & great phones.

Could you please recommend a phone cover for the blu view 5?
Please make a comparison between the blu view 4 and blu 5
Will do!
Yeah compare 4 and 5 please
Video is on the way!

What are the pros and cons from your experience so far?
Is the Blu view 5 compatible with At&t network?

I like it .
So you have to take out the sim every time you remove the sd card... Very bad design imo
Wps?
How is this holding up for you?
You can play plants vs zombies on that phone.😂
@@Traxxaslopeza174 will try it sometime!

The design reminds me of the asus zenfone 10
What about the view 5 pro

I brought blu before and it’s not worth it
You gotta try this one. From the video i'm not sure if you can tell but the performance is better than the previous generations
