Hi, been watching some of your videos. If I had to choose one place to visit for good view snow, experience, and all, which on do you recommend, Iwatake or Nozawa? So far no plans of skiing, just sightseeing :) Thank you
Hello! Thank you for watching some of my videos! 🙏 I personally suggest Iwatake for sightseeing, as the views of the Northern Alps are truly breathtaking. You can also try the swing and visit the Iwatake Mountain Harbor Terrace. I believe they offer other winter activities, though I'm not entirely sure. On the other hand, Tsugaike is more focused on winter activities. You can check Tsugaike Snow Wow website to see what activities they have available. Hope this helps!
Hi, would you mind sharing the expense breakdown of your hakuba tour - entrance fee, ski gear rental, hakuba pass? And is it okay to share where you booked your ski lessons? Thank you!!!
Sure! Here's the breakdown of the expenses: ❄️ Group Ski Lesson: 14,000 yen for a one-day per person. ❄️ Ski Gondola Pass: For Tsugaike Ski Resort, it was 7,500 yen. ❄️ Ski Gear Rental: At Central Snowsports Rental, the standard ski package (skis, poles, and boots) was 5,500 yen. We also rented helmets for 2,000 yen each. (I bought my own goggles, so I didn’t rent those.) ❄️ Bus: We paid 800 yen each ride directly to the staff. If you're skiing for multiple days, it's better to buy the Hakuba Valley Pass. For the ski lesson, more info and booking details are available on the ski school website, which I’ve linked in my description. Let me know if you need more information!
